Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal auch beim Frühstücken! Großartiges Frühstück! Tolle bequeme Betten ! Insgesamt eine 1 von uns. Für die S Bahn und dementsprechend beim offenen Fenster hörbar, kann keiner etwas 😃 Danke auch an das sehr zuvorkommende freundliche Personal im Service!

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, trotzdem überteuert.Die U-Bahnstation Nordstraße ist leider zur Zeit gesperrt, wäre gleich um die Ecke. Zur Station Tonhalle ist es aber durch den Hofgarten nicht weit.

Cons:

Das angeblich Upgrade-Zimmer geht zwar auf den Park, die Nähe der ratternden Straßenbahn macht es aber nicht möglich, das Fenster nachts aufzumachen.Die Klimaanlage war nicht in Ordnung, wurde aber umgehend repariert

Die Lage, das Personal und das Hotel an sich waren super!

Cons:

Die Kosten für das Parkhaus sind meiner Meinung nach mit 35€ pro Tag exorbitant hoch. Gerade als Gast des Hotels noch einmal 35€ pro Tag zusätzlich zu bezahlen, ist meiner Meinung nach unverhältnismäßig.

Volvería otra vez.
Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno fue muy bueno. Las instalaciones y el personal fue muy amable, es especial la chica de recepción que habla español. La ubicación frente al parque es genial para dar un paseo por la tarde, todo estuvo excelente.
