⭐️1 star- very disappointed
Pros:

Easy to get to my location.

Cons:

We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed one because my girls were not comfortable at all. For the price we paid (over $100 a night), this stay did not come close to the 4. rating advertised. Honestly, the condition of the room felt more like a $40-a-night motel.
When we walked in, we immediately noticed cleanliness issues—stains, spills, and even hair in multiple areas. The photos I’ve included speak for themselves. This is not the level of cleanliness anyone should expect, especially at this price point.
The front desk experience was also disappointing. The lady was friendly at first when she thought I was part of a family staying there for a loss, but once I clarified I wasn’t, her personality shifted with my questions almost felt as she was dismissive. I am hard of hearing, so I sometimes need to ask questions to fully understand. she seemed uninterested after a min.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable—honestly,the carpet felt like it had more cushion than the mattress.
Overall, this stay was not worth the money, and we chose to leave early for our comfort. We will not be returning.

I was able to sleep somewhere but these employees need more help in training and more people on the clock with them inst

It was clean and the lady at check in was really nice but you can tell her boss hasn’t taken the time to train her properly. I felt so bad for her

Cons:

We had to go through three keys to finally get one to work. Then when we were in bed someone else had a key to our room and almost got in if it weren’t for the top lock they would have made it in. I’m sure the room was double booked somehow. Then the front desk called our room after that incident to ask us our name to see who they put in the room apparently.

Cons:

Rooms are large with everything you need. Breakfast is better than average with biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage or sometimes bacon, fruit and cereal. Shower has good pressure. We stay here also because it's close to Grace Clinic and Drs. Only negative would be TV channel guide didn't work.

Pros:

The layout the hot tub and breakfast .

Cons:

The room was painted in the bathroom in a hurry and there was paint on the lid of the toilet and not taped off. Little things bother me with poor painnting.

Not a far drive to Texas Tech, close to the hospitals, on the loop. Clean and safe stay.
Pros:

Cons:

A lot of construction workers staying there and a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, although the room was clean and nice.

it was ok, not worth it
Pros:

breakfast was really good! everything was fresh.

Cons:

all night they were partying in the room next to us, it was crazy that they were told anything. the coaches were stained, stains that could’ve been wiped off… because I wiped them off.
