The hotel was under construction and i wasn't informed. Getting to the elevator difficult ,the luggage cart had a wheel broke and it was extra hard to push on plastic

OIt was nice close to where needed to be and the hotel smelled so fresh and the rooms were nice and cozy….. I would recommend this hotel….
Not much I liked about the property, lots of work was being done on it when I stayed there.
It was very grubby, and for the value it should be much cheaper. One working elevator, and the breakfast was AWFUL, the apple juice tasted spoiled and I literally spit out the food into a napkin. Just DONT do breakfast. Ever if it’s going to taste that BAD. The staff wasn’t friendly either. Hotel air conditioning was loud. I just hated my stay.
The area of restaurant everything
We stay here whenever in town bring my daughter back to school. It is clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was good with cold and hot options.
The morning staff at the front desk was not very friendly. They didn't make me feel appreciated and welcomed. They said nothing on my checkout like "thank you for choosing us and come back soon".
The first room I was given had a sink that drained very very slowly. You would think that would have been discovered by housekeeping and not assigned that room to anybody until that issue was resolved. I had to wait for the staff to check the sink before I was given another room. Which took about 30 minutes. What sense does that make. Just give me another room.
