Beware. Stay away.
Pros:

Staff had good English and the location was near some public transit and the main train station.

Cons:

The pictures they have online are a lie. The rooms they claim they have do not exist. The rooms are tiny even by European standards and are dirty. Total scam of a hotel.

1 awful member of staff.
Pros:

Large room, close to triangle station and good price

Cons:

Night staff that were unbelievable rude and refused to speak properly with the woman in the group. We messaged a few days before asking for a twin room, which was confirmed. He refused saying he would make the sofa bed tomorrow as they were full. He said he would speak to 'the husband only' We are not married and are just friends but would not engaged with the woman. He let himself into the room without knocking when the male traveller asked him to make the bed up that evening. He was shouting and stomped about the room. He made the female very uncomfortable and not valued

Mycket bra hotell att stanna några nätter i Rom
Pros:

läget, hotellet ligger nära Metro station Castro Pretorio och bara 3 kvarter från Roma termini.
Rummet var bekväm , välstädat liksom badrummet
Frukostbuffé var mycket bra .

Fanns bara ett enda hiss

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, a 700 metri da termini.
Zona tranquilla vicino ad altri hotel e ristoranti.
Camera ampia, con sky.
Silenziosa (forse per il periodo in cui siamo stati)
Ottima la colazione, molto varia e rifornita continuamente.
Personale della sala colazione simpaticissimo. Hanno dato anche un sacchetto per la merenda a nostro figlio.

Месторасположение отличное,завтрак вкусный,полотенца меняют каждый день,в номере чисто,вообще везде чисто!

Мы бронировали номер на 4 человека замечу заранее,когда приехали нам сказали что номер занят и предложили 2 отдельных,но наследующий день нам нужно будет переехать в 4-х местный,я вообще не хотела постоянно переезжать потому что мы и так 2 дня уже в пути,ну ладно,всякое бывает.На следующий день мы не гуляли по городу,а ждали когда же нас переселять и это очень неприятно!когда нас заселили номер был не как на фото 2-х комнатный а одной комнатой на 1 двух спальная кровать,1 односпальная,1 диван(очень неудобный) и диван стоял прямо там где дул кондиционер!

Nice hotel to stay for Rome tourism
Pros:

Hotel is near to Roma termini (hardly 5-8 min walk). Also place is very near to metro and bus stop (492).
Very easy to navigate to tourist places
Hotel staff were good
Indian veg restaurant (Hotel Saravana Bahavan) is also near by for vegetarians

Cons:

Probably, items for breakfast could be with more varieties of hot and cold items. It shouldn’t be restricted with shop bought items (example: corn flakes, musseli…)
