The breakfast was incredible. So many options. Fantastic variety. Breakfast runs from 7-10 which is great if you want a lie in or an early start. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The check in process was smooth and the staff were able to store our luggage. The room was good. The rituals everywhere was fab as it’s my fav. You didn’t need to check out until 11am which was perfect. The WiFi was fab and room was good. The location was perfect. The underground was 2 minutes walk and two bus stops also 3/5 minute walk. The National History Museum was a 20 minute walk. Most places you’d want to visit is just one tube away. The room had a safe and there was car parking outside. We didn’t use these but incase anyone was wondering. They had a huge area in the reception that you could sit and chill if you wanted to before you leave for the day or before you travel home.
The lift was tiny and we could only fit one at time with our cases. The room was good but the taps were awkward. The shower was very squishy and the doors to open the shower were awkward. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

The rooms were a lot smaller than the.pictures shown online and the bed is barely big enough for an adult. It is more like a bed for kids

Good location
Fantastic location, with the metro a 2 minute walk away and bikes a 5 minute walk away. I felt safe and enjoyed the neighbourhood which we were in.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, even held our luggage for us.
The building itself was clean and chic ( also smelt gorgeous) for such a busy area it was quiet and I could sleep comfortably with the window open all night.
Breakfast was good and excellent service even though it was very busy.
We were staying in an executive double room and to our surprise it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Excellent value for money.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again. And hopefully that’s soon !!
Nothing, it was all we hoped for
Good location, upgraded to a large suite on arrival which was much appreciated after a long flight. Everything was clean.
We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive (20 pounds per person). Would be great if this was included or more affordable.

Loved the breakfast - and wonderful staff, in the dining area and on reception. So helpful and let us keep our cases in the storeroom until we needed to pick them up. Also, very generous with the newspapers
Room a bit small for an executive standard. Also, was a bit stuffy as window couldn’t be fully opened - a lighter duvet could have been useful. A mini fridge would have helped too.
