Kolejny pobyt w hotelu. Piękne wnętrza w recepcji. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokój zgodnie z prośbą z 2 osobmymi łóżkami. Świetna lokalizacja blisko metra. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Spokojna okolica..

Cons:

Tym razem dostalismy pokoj na -1. Podłoga w łazience byla bardzo zimna. Okno w pokoju praktycznie sie nie otwierało. Za oknem schody i wyjscie po nich na ulice, ciemno w pokoju. Rano codziennie duże kolejki na śniadaniu, trzeba było czekać po dobre 20-30 minut. Zbyt mała ilość stolików do ilości gości.

Earl's Court a great stay
Pros:

Location perfect .... local pubs just steps away, the underground Tube the same. Once familiar with location in Earl's Court, getting around was easy.

Cons:

Some staff a little abrupt ... not a comfortable feel after 20+ hours travel.
Felt a little like some were Preferred customers.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and only a 2-minute walk from Earl’s Court Underground station, which gives easy access to most of London. Although I had late check in, to their credit, staff offered me a complimentary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience, although I did not use it.

Cons:

Check-in was delayed. Although check-in is normally at 14:00, my room was still not ready when I arrived at 17:30, and I had to wait around another 30 minutes.

My lower ground floor room also had an ant problem. I found ants on the bed sheets, near the pillows, and around the headboard during my stay.

As someone who is 6'6", I found the bathroom very small and could not stand upright comfortably.

Overall, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for the price paid.

Rigtig dejligt hotel. Kommer gerne igen.

Dejlig morgenmad, hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Pænt og rent. Ingen støj fra gaden eller andre værelser.
Beliggenhed virkelig god, tæt på metro med gode forbindelser.

Fantastisch! Voelt als thuiskomen
Pros:

Geweldige ligging en consistent goede service, zowel bij aankomst, ontbijt en overige verzoeken. Er hangt enorm goede huiselijke sfeer. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en altijd direct beschikbaar met veel aandacht voor de wensen van gasten.

Excellent Value Hotel near Earls Court
Pros:

We had a delightful week stay at the Mornington Kensington. The location near Earls Court tube station was perfect for getting to theatre and around London.
The room on 3rd floor was comfortable, clean and quiet. We chose the daily breakfast served & overseen by Greta, Daniela and Maia . They were friendly and efficient . They made our morning along with the excellent lattes!
The personnel at reception were extremely helpful with advice.directions and tips.
All in all Mornington Kensington is of great value to anyone. Free newspapers were also wonderful to keep up on the news.
Our family stayed there booking 3 rooms in 2024 and had a wonderful experience as well
The cleaning staff did a great job and it was a pleasure to come back after a long day to our room. Bed was very comfortable
I highly recommend a stay there)

Pros:

Great location close to the tube, local shops and pubs. Decent size room. Comfortable beds, lovely staff at reception, very welcoming, extremely helpful and full of smiles.

Cons:

The shower was on the small size and as my mum is an elderly pensioner with arthritis she found it really hard turning the shower knobs on and off as nothing to grip onto, I had to help her. Apart from that, really good hotel.

Nettes Stadthotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, aber nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu Bus oder Bahn. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß direkt vom Hotel aus die Gegend erkunden, es gibt einige nette Lokale und Läden in Reichweite. Wir hatten die Executive Suite und waren mit dem Platzangebot sehr zufrieden. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Balkon zur Strassenseite, den man gut nutzen kann, da es dort fast keinen Verkehr gibt. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

More of.a business hotel for 1-2 nights, less so for tourists and a longer stay
Pros:

Great location, breakfast is of great quality and variety (ours was included but if it's for purchase it's quite pricey).
The room was very clean, beds are very comfortable
The staff is super nice, both at the reception and at breakfast, always trying to help.

Cons:

My main feedback is on the comfort in the room.
The design of the bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. There is barely any space to spread out. The hotel was recently renovated and all the fixtures have this minimalistic modern look but absolutely not suitable for comfort. I would force that designer to live with this bathroom for a year. We stayed 6 nights and it was a noticeable annoyance every single day. The sink faucet has only one knob for temperature and volume, hard to figure out, and volume is not even changing . The shower has two knobs but the temperature control is very not friendly and we haven't been able to figure out the full functionality. No signs of any kind, no pictograms, nothing. You have to figure it out by trial and error. The shower cabin is tiny, I don't know how someone even a bit larger would fit, and I'm pf average size. Every time it was like a contortionist trick. One can't comfortably move in the cabin, you immediately bang in the glass
The sink deserves a special shout-out. It's small, rectangular and very shallow, maybe two palms wide. And half of it is hidden under a shelf. You can't do anything comfortably, you rinse the mouth and lean over to spit - and bang the head on the shelf . There are only two hooks on the walls to hang the towels or clothes. One of the squished between the sink and the shower cabin, and it covers the soap bottle attached to the wall, even though there's plenty of space in the walls, but they are bare. Nothing on the door, no other surfaces, only a wire shelf almost at the floor level. No towel warmer, so you put your wet towel on top of the smaller one. In the room there's no closet, only an open rack. The room itself was a good size for 2 people but one of us had to keep the suitcase in the floor and there's no place to put out the clothes, aside from that rack. with a few hangers. This is probably a business hotel for 2-3 nights.

Hôtel très bien placé avec le métro à 2 min à pied.
Chambre petite mais très confortable.
Petit déjeuner excellent (buffet + service à la carte compris dans le petit déjeuner) ainsi que le personnel souriant et serviable
