Great hotel and good location
Pros:

Excellent stay from start to finish. Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. Our twin room was comfortable and clean with nice Rituals toiletries and big fluffy towels. We also had air conditioning which was an absolute blessing so we slept very well on both nights.

A good variety at breakfast with continental or cooked options. All very tasty.

The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the station.

I look forward to staying again.

Pros:

Location to tube stop and small local grocery store

Cons:

Room provided at check in was misrepresented at time of booking….too small. Additionally, cooling unit not working in room so very uncomfortable trying to sleep. A new room was then assigned, but unfortunately the shower stall was unacceptable, not big enough for a normal sized adult.

J’y retournerais sans hésiter!
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue tranquille et malgré tout, juste à côté d’une station de métro et de quelques lignes de bus importantes. Quelques pubs et magasins de commodité au coin de la rue. Les chambres sont plutôt petites, mais bon, on est à Londres! Par contre, elles sont confortables et bien insonorisées. On ne peut demander mieux que le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de notre chambre. Je mets une note Très bien mais si j’avais eu à en mettre une pour le personnel, j’aurais mis Exceptionnel!

Cons:

Un des ascenseurs était en panne (pour une durée indéterminée, en attente d’une pièce)ce qui compliquait drôlement les aller-retour à certaines chambres sur les étages supérieurs puisque le 2e ascenseur ne dessert qu’une partie de l’hôtel. Cependant, la responsable de la réception a fait l’impossible pour m’accommoder compte tenu de ma condition.

Wir habe die drei Tage genossen und würden das Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, die Betten sind ausreichend groß, Matratzen eher weich, aber bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss, was ich absolut nicht als störend empfunden habe. Es war trotzdem hell, hatte ein normales Fenster, aber mit undurchsichtigen Folie beklebt, so dass keiner reinschauen konnte. Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt gar keine Zeit aus dem Fenster zu schauen, wir waren immer unterwegs. Das Bad war auch groß genug mit einer großen Duschkabine. Duschgel, Haarspülung, Handseife war alles da und von guter Qualität (Rituals). Fön gab es auch, habe ich aber nicht genutzt.
Ebenfalls war ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett im Zimmer, sowie Wasserkochen, Tassen, Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer. Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt.
Zimmer hat eine einstellbare Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken ist wirklich winzig klein bzw. schmal.
Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit automatisch ein und ist auf 19 Grad eingestellt, das fand ich persönlich unangenehm.

Pros:

Emplacement extra! Juste à côté du métro pour arriver au centre-ville rapidement. Excellent petit déjeuner avec buffet, bien garni avec certains plats préparés minute ( œufs champignons, porridge...). Personnel très sympathique.
