The property is in an attractive and convenient location. It is clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, even offering the option of eggs cooked to preference. Quiche, at the front desk, was above and beyond in both warmth and professionalism. Although I didn't get her name, the woman in charge of the breakfast room was also very warm and helpful. For all of these reasons, I would highly recommend it.
The shower curtain was not adequate for the accessible bathroom. I have mobility issues, requested an accessible room (and got one that I was otherwise very satisfied with), but exited the shower to a flooded bathroom floor. I was able to soak up the water (although I needed to use every one of the four bath sheets provided by the hotel so was fortunate that I'd brought my own swimming towel, which I used to dry myself). This could have been a major safety hazard to a person slightly less able than I am and a major liability for the hotel.

Upon arrival my husband asked about the availability of the pool. We were told the pool was closed for use. The front desk staff stated emails were sent. I received no emails from the hotel or booking.com. We decided we would not stay the full two nights. I sent a message to the hotel via the booking app to ask if we would be refunded. I received no response via the app.
Regarding the room, the bathroom had bubbling and peeling paint and wall paper near the shower.
The situation regarding the pool turned my husband I totally off as this was a major reason we chose the accommodations and was looking forward to relaxing and swimming.
I sent a message to Booking.com regarding this matter and have yet to receive a response post the 24 hour mark.

Great stay! You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Breakfast selection was great. Pool hours were very accommodating if arriving later. Will definitely book here again when back in the area.

Sorry guys, the Pool was diiiiirrrrrtttyÿyyyyy! It smelled like urine and looked thick! If it was clean I would recommend this hotel 100%. Dont shut it down just clean it.
The young lady at check-in was phenomenal! Great personality, extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the area.
The only thing I could remotely think of here is the breakfast offerings, but it's a typical hotel continental breakfast. Nothing fabulous. That's why they're are restaurants close by.
Kids were upset because the pool was closed we was told at our arrival they had just treated the pool and it would be back open the next day. We were fine with that but when we tried to go to the pool we were told it was still closed.

We booked for May 20-24 for race at Virginia Motorsports Park, race got called/canceled for rain Friday morning about 10:40an while we were driving from the hotel to the track which is about maybe a 20 minute drive as soon as I found that out, we turned off the first exit off the interstate and went back north to the hotel to check out by 11 o’clock and the lady at the front but this is Friday so it’s two days early. She said we couldn’t check out earlier. It was I had to go through booking and when I try to get old booking, all I got was AI bull (no human) in the booking it was up to the front office person at the hotel… either way we were charged $514 for the full four day date when we only stayed two nights and even my invoice on the shows about $264 when I checked out Friday at 11 o’clock

Toilet and shower were broken. We kept getting locked out, keys kept failing and we were locked out of our room for over an hour. Unacceptable
