I needed a comfortable place to rest and my stay was just that. Comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the front desk was extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever you need.

Cons:

The A/C was very annoying. A high pitch screech seemed to happen fairly often. It didnt bother my sleeping since I was so exhausted though!

Location, very close to shopping and town.

At this price point I really expected more. Instead, hotel staff were rarely visible, check in & out was slow. I failed to check their pet policy ! I’m highly allergic to dogs and they were everywhere ! Lobby and the restaurant . They are able to stay in ANY room. So there was no escape from dog on the elevators top floors. The room we were assigned had several deferred maintenance, refrigerator made terrible noises every time we opened it. The window until had motor cover hanging off, grab bar plates hanging, loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Then hair in the sink ! The bed was like sleeping on a slab , pillows are feather and absolutely no support. So forget propping up in bed to watch tv. ( I will state the tv was very large and nice. )Then to be awakened by a small yelping dog in the wee hours of the morning. Overall misery ! Couldn’t wait to leave. If the room had offered any comfort it may have made up for my error in a pet friendly hotel . We have stayed at others before who generally have a designated pet floor and maybe seen 2 leashed while in the lobby. This place had no less than 6 in the lobby and dining area and more doing their business outside !

Pros:

Our room and the property was clean and inviting. The beds were a bit hard and pillows flatten out tremendously, so we didn’t rest very well. This morning our backs were hurting. Our ages range from 12-43 and none of slept well. Get those beds & pillows in check and this property will be top notch.

Pros:

I was in town to attend my high school reunion. I received a warm, friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the lobby. Check in was effortless, my room was clean & well equipped. After the reunion, several of my classmates and I hung out at the bar, which was well equipped, & staffed with a super friendly, excellent bartender! Check out the next day was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend!

Pros:

Took over an hour to check in. Something with the system. When I asked a question the desk clerk was super rude. I mean....I've been waiting an hour to check in and she says nothing until I ask what's going on.
There was a wedding party at the hotel. Running up and down the halls and all over the place.

Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Disappointing Stay: Poor Cleaning & Safety Issues
Pros:

The room was recently renovated, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. We found food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, and there was hair all over the shower. There was also a huge stain on the wall. In addition, the AC unit was missing the bottom cover, leaving wires exposed, which felt unsafe and unappealing.
