The breakfast area was stocked. The crew was on top of it…if something was low, they brought more out.
It was 97* outside and the hallways were warm.
The room was cool though.
The breakfast was on point. A nice variety of foods to choose from.
It was all good considering in-house construction was going on but it was not an inconvenience whatsoever.

Al principio hubo problemas con la recervacion no la encontraban. Estábamos a punto de irnos. Y no pudimos usar el WiFi del hotel porque la clave nunca funcionó
The pool was nice and clean
The key cards and locks were a pain had to constantly mess with them to unlock doors
Ms. Marilyn D. provided a very tasty breakfast spread. The area was clean and well stocked. She and her serving staff were kind and helpful.
Everyone is SO nice. Hotel is clean and inviting. I especially want to give a shout out to Marilyn in food service. She is AMAZING, FRIENDLY and soooo helpful! Great staff great hotel!!! We will be back on business and pleasure!
Great employees to truly value and serve the guests here at this hotel.
One standout is Marilyn D. who works in the breakfast area. She is constantly moving and looking to help someone. She also has a very pleasant personality and enjoys her work and mentioned how she admires others who standout in their work to go "above and beyond" to make sure customer's needs are being met, and she makes it look seem less and a joy to do so.
I have been travelling extensively with Hilton for several years and she is truly rare and amazing!
The staff here - Christyna and Darius took meticulous care of me - the rest of the staff were proficient also - good value and Greta service with the Hilton brand - Bravo guys and thank you for the continued excellence

The rooms were pretty spacious and accommodating
The desk clerk apparently did not check us incorrectly on July 3 because they did not have a record of us even being there. Came back in the night in the middle of the night actually and could not get into our room. Had to go to the front desk and we thought the issue was fixed, but then it was not because we went to the front desk to check out and they still said they had no record of us being there. This causes a problem when you need a receipt from the hotel.
