It was great!
Parking but understandable
The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and very clean. Parking was a 3/5, not too bad, but not the best. The location was very easy to get to/find.
the surroundings weren’t the best to look at(there’s an abandoned hotel right next to the property that is a major eye sore). The breakfast was a 2/5 for us. The “cold” items weren’t very unique(a few different cereals, some fruit, and prepackaged danishes). The hot items weren’t good. The sausage was dry and shriveled up, the eggs were rubbery(so bad that even my one year old who loves to eat wouldn’t eat them). So I’d advise looking somewhere else for breakfast. The staff(minus one gentleman who took care of us on our first day we arrived) were not friendly at all. Anytime we would ask a question, purchase something from the little pantry they have, etc the person would have an attitude and be very rude. Customer service was not great at all. There was also a fire alarm that got set off one night of our stay at about 9pm(because of someone smoking in a non smoking area), and the front desk person, when asked if there was a real fire/threat, was very rude and dismissive.

It was a wonderful experience here with excellent customer service, I love how the front desk shower customers with warm smiles and helpful insights on how to navigate the property and the city. Dehlila Irving did a great job and yes I will visit again. Thank you
