Pros:

Nice staff, and clean rooms

Cons:

Sheets smelled like bleach and were very skimpy and rough. It's time fir new ones. The breakfast did not have biscuits and gravy nor grits. This is deep south, South Carolina.

overall very pleased with this hotel. The staff, all of them, were excellent to deal with
Pros:

great breakfast and staff running breakfast area were excellent. The hotel was full and they were very busy but kept the dining area cleaned up and well stocked.

Cons:

no hot water at 9:30am until checkout at 12pm. Very disappointed 😥 Staff was very apologetic but bottom line is that hotel is not one of the best examples of your hotels for that one reason and could be easily fixed so your employees could spend their time promoting rather than apoligizing.

I would try them again
Pros:

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the morning staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

I didn’t really like the way the staff spoke to me when I was checking in. There was a problem with my reservation.
The shower didn’t have very good pressure.

Moldy, nasty floor and shower to sum up
Pros:

Food was average, service was good

Cons:

That was probably the nastiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. All the tile in floor was moldy as was the shower. Carpet was damp and dirty as was the rest of floor. Whole floor felt greasy. This room was an embarrassment.
