In the center, not soundproof from street noise.
Pros:

Spacious living room, spacious bedrooms, elevator in the building, equiped kitchen, big fridge.

Cons:

When we arrived we had to wait so the apartment would be cleaned. We came inside and quickly found out it wasn't cleaned. Hair on the floor in the bedroom, toilet, bathroom. Dust on many items. Old food in the fridge. Dirty floor. A few things weren't working: lights in one bedroom, windows didn't close completely and because of that we heard all the noise in the night, window shades barely working and dirty, thorn curtain. And in general it was really loud from the street at night.

Ліжка чисті, полотенця, кухонні приладдя, кава і чай, верщки і кавомашина.

Cons:

Немає бутильованої чистої води. Погано працював душ, був зломаний і старий. Не було коврика при вхідній двері, бруд нісся по приміщенню.

De tudo. Funcionários simplesmente fantásticos: prestativos, atenciosos, educados, gentis. São profissionais mas sem deixar o lado humano de lado. Parabéns para a equipe toda Gabor. Além disso, fiquei com minhas amigas no térreo, em um quarto super hiper mega confortável . Com cozinha funcional. A localização também não deixa nada a desejar. Perfeito! Com certeza quando eu voltar, ficarei lá novamente 😍.

Tuve una buena experiencia en Nova Apartment. La ubicación es muy buena, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad y visitar los principales lugares de interés. El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.

Buena estancia
Pros:

Las camas eran comodas, el departamento estaba bien! El personal muy amable, la recepcion siempre disponible por cualquier cosa y cualquier duda o neceistadad estaba ahi para recibirte. Te guardan el equipaje, eso nos fui muy util ya que hicimos el check out y pudimos dejar las cosas ahi mientras paseabanos antes de tomarnos el tren

Cons:

Las sabanas se salian de la cama, en los cuartos que dan a la calle se escucha bastante el ruido con la ventana cerrada, es una zona que hay discotecas o bar cerca y la gente pasa gritando. Un dia nos despertamos a las 2 de la mañana por la alarma del edificio porque alguien fumo cerca de un detector de humo, entendemos que es algo que esta fuera del alcance de los propietarios, pero fue una interrupcion de sueño
