Pros:

I love the location and the comfortability of the room. But there was no maid service 😕. When I go out of town I've that part. The overall hotel was nice, location was perfect and convenient to alot of stuff. Enjoy my stay

I would definitely come back once all renovations are complete.
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't leave a review on that. The staff was friendly and provided what we asked for. The facility was clean and under construction so I can't wait to see the finishing touches. So far so good.

Cons:

The facility was under construction. I heard the banging and my room wasn't ready when I got there. I had to wait for my room. All and all the room was clean I just had a long hair in my shower. Other than that, it was nice and the staff didn't inform us of the two complimentary waters per day. The hotel doesn't have daily housekeeping.

Definitely, we will stay again if we have to breakfast was excellent too and housekeeping it was great as well

walking through the hallway, you can smell where smoking in the other rooms even that is a non-smoking area

Horrible
Pros:

The only thing I liked there was Brittany the employee who helped me get my earrings back.

Cons:

Everything. Staff were rude and it smelled horrible in the whole building. Elevator was duck taped and cardboard. Room was very dirty and reeked.

Pros:

I booked the reservation 3 weeks in advance and asked for close rooms or rooms connecting. They placed us on separate floors, and we were traveling with kids and were unable to accommodate despite the acknowledgment of request weeks ago. The pool was done and being worked on and no one informed us, there should have been a discount. The front staff was not friendly with check in. The towels that were folded in the bathroom were bloody, it was unclean. I would not recommend staying here.
