Breakfast
The upgrades being done interrupted our sleep
They were kind and efficient
They had ants everywhere
The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. At first it was hard finding TV stations. Overall nice room.
Nothing.
Everything was extremely clean and very easily accessible for me as I am a visually impaired person. The only thing that I ran into an issue with was in the elevator, there were access buttons to the rear doors for maintenance, and I kept hitting them and it would open the back door, which got confusing Other than that everything was perfect
We had made plans for two of our friends to come and sit in the restaurant and have drinks and some food. When we checked in, we were told the kitchen was closed due to renovations. That was not listed under the description anywhere for this property so we had to then go out and spend more money to get somewhere else.
The staff was very friendly and professional
All good
No one ever came to clean my room for 5 days
The evening staff at check in Jan 16, 2026 was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the bed was dreamy. Location was great to get to downtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
Price ended up being more than quoted. Elevator was being renovated and wires were showing. Heat in the room could not be regulated, either too hot or too cold. No microwave was in the room or Kureig w/coffee pods ( like most 3/4 star hotels). No vending machines for coke, water, or snacks, none for sale in the lobby either only when breakfast is served.
It was nice even during the renovation process
I had to hook the TV up to restart it myself but other than that it was fine
Hotel under construction. Would not recommend staying here until after the renovation is completed in Spring of 2026. Woken up four times by a fire alarm that was triggered by construction starting at 8am after a 1am check-in because of a flight delay. Breakfast is good, but seems to only make items to order-- very few items out so have to ask for everything, which is a plus in my book to get fresh food and lower waste.
Great hotel friendly and helpful staff Amanda made the trip memorable for myself and children. This is my new hotel of choice in Richmond.
Nice location, but the hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The staff was friendly, which was appreciated. However, during my one-week stay, there was no hot water starting Friday at 2 PM through Saturday morning at checkout. The water was ice cold, and there was no clear timeline for repair. I had to book another hotel just to take a warm shower, which was extremely inconvenient.
Everything! Nice, large room —friendly staff—cleanliness—coffee 24/7
Hotel is dated. Breakfast was subpar. There are tip signs with a qrc code everywhere. Stayed with the intention of using the pool. The pool room was freezing as well as the water. Would not stay here again
