Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

I don't want to comment. The reception and the staff were disgusting. ESPECIALLY THE TWO RECEPTIONISTS AT CHECK-IN. I think they were racist.
I don't recommend it.

位置很好，房間窗戶可以看到東方明珠。 步行15分鐘可以到豫園商圈，晚上一看窗外就是外灘夜景

Not sure how the rhus hotel can be rated 5 starts. Service level was bad including front desk, restaurant, room cleaning, even even one of the towels was dirty.

大失所望！原来太差的酒店也会灭杀绝佳的风景，因为玻璃太脏看不清。看清了也很恶心

Maxx酒店的地理位置绝佳，这里的员工都很热情，态度很好。

Cons:

酒店设施陈旧，破烂不堪。沙发非常非常的脏，沙发边缘都是黑的。我不得不让服务员给我们铺上白床单，否则真的无法坐下去。本来我们定的是网红绝佳7号结尾的靓上海江景房，虽然窗外的风景绝佳，卫生间可以坐在浴缸里看外滩和陆家嘴三件套。但是玻璃上全是污渍，房间非常非常小而且家具和卫具都很陈旧破烂，根本和酒店宣传片视频里的样子不一样。卫生间的台面斑驳污渍都擦不掉。我和先生实在无法忍受，因为当天不能退房了只好加钱换到大套间，前台服务人员非常好，主动帮我们加团购可以节省升级费用，但是套间的沙发一样脏兮兮的发黑。这里根本不配5星酒店的档次，顶多3星，如果不是因为风景好顶多给1星。第二天我们就逃离这里搬到对面的香格里拉酒店，同为5星酒店，简直天差地别。如果香格里拉是5星，Maxx只能算1星，但价格比香格里拉贵多了。真的服了这间酒店要价的勇气。本来出行住5星酒店不是为了省钱，而是为了舒适，结果这件酒店破旧不堪。下次来上海不会再来这里了。大家如果是只想看风景不嫌破旧地板，家具，脏沙发，脏兮兮窗户玻璃的可以来住，风景绝佳。但如果想舒适，舒服的有品位的度假休闲旅游，就千万别踩这里的坑了！

Comfortable city break stay

Very clean and comfortable room and they found a room to check us in from 11am which was very much appreciated after a long night flight

Pros:

Our room was large and very clean. The amenities were all good. Convenient location.

Cons:

We stayed in early March, weather was cold but the room was too over heated to sleep. We tried turning the air conditioner down but it didn't help. We told the staff, no change. Luckily we could open the windows.

장점: 조식이 맛있음. 예원가든에 걸어서 갈수있어서 편리.직원들 친절.
단점: 주변에 걸어서 갈만한 식당이나 카페가 거의 없음. 영어를 하는 직원이 없음. 매번 번역앱 사용. 방에 담배연기 들어옴. 옆방 문 닫는소리 너무 커서 매번 놀람.
