Cons:

Deceived. The photos didn't match the reality and the puff pastry was stale and old.i had to ask for fresh pastry. Sorry will not go back. The first picture was with my confirmation and the second is the actual view. I had to leave early and they were very inflexible with any refund

Very good location, reasonable price. And there’re family room (2 queen beds)

Cons:

The air conditioner doesn’t work very well. It’s super hot. And there’re only a small window. It’s hard to fix it.

Great location for the Bund and Nanjing Rd
Pros:

Great location if you want to be close to the buzz of the Bund and Nanjing road. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were quite hot and aircon didnt seem to cool.

Un excellent emplacement mais un hôtel bien en deçà pour son prix et le standing attendu...
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, service digne d un petit 4 étoiles, le petit-déjeuner est bien, la machine à laver le linge facile d accès et d utilisation, la taille de la chambre, café et bouteilles d' eau disponible en libre service dans le lobby.

Cons:

Personne ne parle anglais... Pour un faux 5 étoiles... Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité de régler la température donc obligé de dormir avec des ventilateurs... La TV est exclusivement en chinois.
