Excellent stay. Would definitely go back!
Pros:

This hotel was immaculately clean. Staff was very friendly & they went out of their way to make sure you were happy. They emailed you to check in & see if you needed anything.?

Cons:

Coffee maker wouldn’t work, but not a problem as they had coffee downstairs with breakfast.

Will never stay here again due to poor room conditions.
Pros:

The continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

We arrived at 9 pm for check in and were informed that our room wasn't ready because of a cleaning issue. The staff admitted that they should have called us but never did. They then continued to make excuses until finally giving us a room where the main lights didn't work.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and is planning on returning to this hotel again.
Pros:

I love the breakfast setup and selection of foods. It was a good place to meet and have breakfast with other family members that were also staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grandkids loved the inside pool.

Cons:

I had not issues with anything at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites and will definitely use them the next time we’re in Chicago.

The room didn’t smell fresh when we first entered the room.

Not worth their price!
Pros:

I liked that the location was in my old neighborhood and very familiar. Nice being close to the expressway too.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom very sticky...glad it was my shoes sticking and not my feet. Also the room carpet wasn't very clean, but everything else was nice though still I don't think it was worth almost $250/night!

Everything was wonderful
Pros:

It was good. The batter for waffle did taste good to me (berry flavor one) the only problem is the syrup had no flavor to it. Loved the country potatoes and family members love the omelettes.
