We will stay again and possibly ask for an upgraded room.
Pros:

Location location. Staff super friendly and full of great information

Cons:

The beds. We had a king bed with pullout full sized mattress. Bed seemed lumpy. Pull out was dirty. The
Floor behind the pull out was filthy with a used vape cartridge on the floor. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room as well.

Exceptional experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very glad having the chance staying there for 2 nights. Staff were very accommodating. Centrally located in West Palm Beach and a short walk to Palm Beach

Great stay, close to everything!
Pros:

We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is in a great location for getting to restaurants, waterfront, parks and the beach. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The only disappointing part was that I had requested early check in (on the Hyatt app and in a personal email) because our flight got in at 9am. There was no acknowledgement of me asking for it and we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 2-3pm. Luckily they could keep our luggage secure while we went out to explore and get food. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Pros:

Convenience to PalmBeach

Cons:

Dogs barking in hall & at breakfast
Housekeeping only every other day unless special request/ did not come til 5:10 pm second day (after requested at checkin)
Housekeepers stood in hall outside my room & talked very loudly for ONE hour 5:20-6:10 pm -until I reported to Front Desk Manager
No pool

Excellent Stay in West Palm Beach
Pros:

This is the nicest Hyatt Place I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is great. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Sleepless in West Palm Beach
Pros:

Great location and very clean with a great breakfast selection. However the noisiest rooms in West Palm Beach so we spent 2 sleepless nights . Beware, the very noisy AC units are right next to the beds. Who approved this design for Hyatt?

Great location but smaller rooms than typical Hyatt Place
Pros:

We stayed at the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown for the final two days of our recent pre-Christmas visit to the Palm Beach Gardens, Singer Island, West Palm Beach area. We redeemed two Category 1-4 Hyatt free night certificates for our stay.

The hotel was very centrally located, making it very easy to get by car to Palm Beach, to other nearby attractions, and to the airport. It was also within walking distance of the West Palm Beach GreenMarket, which was great fun to visit late on a Saturday morning.

Our room was located on the top floor of the hotel, with a view across the street into another building. We have stayed in a bunch of Hyatt Places in various locations, and the room here seemed just a little bit smaller than what we are used to experiencing elsewhere in this same brand.

Although the shower and toilet were behind a door, the two sinks were not; rather, they were located directly across from the beds. This, too, is not the typical room design for Hyatt Places that we have experienced elsewhere. Having the sinks located separately from the rest of the bathroom is something we have seen in a few other hotels recently, but we prefer the typical Hyatt Place design where the sink, the toilet, and the shower are all located behind the same door for privacy's sake.

We appreciated the opportunity to use our Category 1-4 Hyatt free nights at such a desirable location, even though this was not the fanciest of hotels. It was perfectly adequate for our needs, and we would stay here again.

Pros:

Size of the room

Cons:

size of the bathroom way too small for grown man, no shower head. location of TV was off center, Not one bottle of water provided. with the price - you would expect 2 bottles of water per day or more or add $10 to total for it and don't make me go to store or downstairs to buy it. Standard a little bit higher then Motel 6 or Econo lodge with price way up there.

Great Staff and Super Location in West Palm
Pros:

Great property with super helpful and friendly staff members in all departments. Location was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Couldn't have been a better experience. Walk to the Norton Museum of Art and several nice restaurants. Short drive/Uber ride to Worth Ave and the Breakers in Palm beach. Highly recommend!

It was fair
Cons:

The elevator was out for the whole 3 days I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast staff have an attitude. Cleaning service only replaced the towels. I was surprised they didn’t have a pool.
