Average hotel. Charges for everything but air. Breakfast was average. Staff liked to talked between themselves. Only clean your room every other day, not acceptable in hotel like this one. We will not return.
Always our first choice for a hotel stay because of location, cleanliness, and kind staff. Quiet hallways, easy parking, especially if we are at the college or museum events.
My second stay at this location for the governors hurricane conference. Friendly and efficient staff, breakfast is great and included, hotel is very quiet, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, nice rooms with separate seating area and small kitchenette. Great location, close to everything. My go-to spot when I’m in town!

The positive: you cannot beat the location. An extremely walkable area. Easy access to city place and clematis street. However, the street noise was unbearable and caused me to move hotels mid stay. I understand that a hotel cannot control outside noise, but steps can be taken to mitigate them ie better windows, thick curtains etc. I have stayed at multiple hotels in major cities and the noise was never a factor. The hotels only response to my complaint was to provide ear plugs. No offer to move to a higher floor or a more interior room. They stated ear plugs should have been in the room indicating this is a known issue. I travel to WPB often for business and this was my first and last time staying at a hyatt.
The hotel is in a Great location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would def come again if we are ever back in west palm! Noise level can be a little loud at night but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel is located near restaurants to one side and a 30 minute walk to the beach on the other. The included breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Overall a great time in Palm Beach.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice decor/color scheme, close proximity to all the places, and great breakfast selection!
The only thing I had trouble with was the parking— I couldn’t find info online about where parking was, but this was probably more my fault. I pulled into the wrong garage, then finally called the front desk to see where I should go and they directed me around the corner.
