Great location. Not too big being a boutique hotel. It was quiet day and night.
The staff were extraordinarily professional, welcoming and friendly without being overbearing and remembered our names. They appeared really invested in the place and in the guests experience. Just faultless.
We loved the hospitality at the evening canapés and as music lovers we really enjoyed the record player playing in the background.
The breakfast is better than anything you’d get in a five star hotel with great service. Really exceptional.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting other guests at pre-dinner drinks, a very nice touch. And the breakfast was excellent.
Pity about the road works outside the hotel, which made it a bit tricky to find. But helpful email from Lucretia helped us find our way. A little further from town than I expected (but still only 10 minutes walk). $40 per night parking possibly a bit steep, but actually well worth it.
Staff and concierge were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and friendly. Very central so ideal for walking in and out of the town. Breakfast was excellent with many individual touches.
Car park is very small and being charged additionally for parking when paying premium to stay there was slightly disappointing.

Queenstown council is forever doing roadwork which can be an issue at limited times but staff managed this well.

The plugs were hard to access - hard to use with converters. Also felt that curtains that covered the walls were a fire hazard. Did not like the open bathroom wall design.
The hotel is beautiful with a cosy feeling once you step inside. Great location to get around Queenstown. The staff was so friendly. We loved the happy hour 6-7pm sitting in front of the fire enjoying a glass of wine. The bedroom was beautiful and spacious. We also were very impressed with breakfast.
