Everyone seemed happy, the rooms were great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Loved the hotel itself—beautiful touches and great location. But the staff really made it shine. Wonderful gem in the heart of Queenstown
Pros:

Everything!! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the happy hour, the location, the free parking- all of the elements were just wonderful. This is one of those unique places that really make you feel like you are on a magical vacation.

Pros:

Super helpful staff upon arrival and the room was spectacular.
Comfortable, clean, well equipped and stocked. We could not have asked for a better final nights stay to close out our wonderful trip to New Zealand.

Nous réserverons à nouveau dans cet Hotel et le recommandons vivement.
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner. Situation au TOP, à quelqes minutes à pied du centre ville, toutes les activités près de l'hotel. Cam parle français et c'est très appréciable, de plus elle est très à l'écoute et donne de très bons conseils.
