Great location and excellent service. Boutique art series feel to the hotel and very good breakfast. Staff were very accommodating.
Queenstown council is forever doing roadwork which can be an issue at limited times but staff managed this well.

The plugs were hard to access - hard to use with converters. Also felt that curtains that covered the walls were a fire hazard. Did not like the open bathroom wall design.
The hotel is beautiful with a cosy feeling once you step inside. Great location to get around Queenstown. The staff was so friendly. We loved the happy hour 6-7pm sitting in front of the fire enjoying a glass of wine. The bedroom was beautiful and spacious. We also were very impressed with breakfast.

Loved the hotel itself—beautiful touches and great location. But the staff really made it shine. They have a happy hour every day where they bring people together and make you feel like a part of a family away from home. Everyone seemed happy, the rooms were great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.
