The location is great, and the hotel is styled very nicely. More importantly the staff are super friendly. Nereida and her team looked after us perfectly from the second we walked in the door.
Nothing serious. Unfortunately the spa and roof terrace were being refurbished so it was a shame we didn’t get to use those facilities.

De sfeer is heel relaxed. Iedereen is aardig en behulpzaam.
Ook zijn de kamers heel ruim en erg prettig om in te verblijven.
Ik hoop een volgende keer dat het wellness gedeelte weer helemaal open is zodat ik hier ook optimaal van kan genieten.
Hotel was in a great location and close to the U-Bahn and, the staff (including Kevin) were super friendly and professional. We stayed in a suite which had all the facilities listed on Booking.com and was cleaned to a high standard. The room was fully air-conditioned and the wi-fi was reliable.

Einfach nur mega. Bekam die Miami Junior Suite. Sogar eine Badewanne war vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, besonders Santiago und Kevin waren sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst lieb. Wenn ich wieder in Berlin bin komme ich liebend gerne ins Axel Hotel - Adults Only zurück.
TV funktionierte nicht richtig, was aber laut Mitarbeiter bald behoben wird. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, was mich persönlich aber nicht so sehr störte, da ich sowieso kein allzu großer Frühstücksesser bin.

Our second stay here, would highly recommend, and will be back! A very friendly and welcoming team, great accommodations, great location. An ideal base for a queer Berlin stay!

Unfortunatelly the Spa is not working
Un personnel très attentif et surtout Kevin des mon arrivé un sourire très agréable on sentait un réel plaisir de nous accueillir et en plus il nous a bien renseigné sur toutes nos demandes si tous les réceptionniste était comme lui ça sera super

Deja, nedirbo spa, vyksta rekonstrukcija. Apie tai buvau informuotas jau.pirmajame rezervacijos laiške. Be to, "Please disturb" kortelė nesuveikė - niekas manęs nesutrukdė, deja.
Location was great. Staff were good.
The room was very unmaintained, they look old and tired and some of the work to maintain the room looked very dodgy, untidy repairs. The heat in the rooms was unbearable and you couldn’t open any of the windows, sorry, one small window was able to be opened. The rest were sealed shut. The TV was old and unusable, only German channels were available. Literally none of the amenities were available at the hotel, which was disappointing. I note that we were notified after the booking, but by that stage it was too late. I don’t think the degree to which the lack of facilities were not available was communicated effectively, or clearly enough. Which had that been the case I probably wouldn’t have booked the room.
