Im Prinzip alles gut wie immer

Cons:

Wie im letzten Jahr Spa wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Kann ja sein. Wurde aber bei der Buchung nirgends erwähnt.

El personal muy atento

Cons:

Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con el personal de limpieza ya que dijeron que habíamos consumido algo, pero inmediatamente el personal de recepción de excelente atención nos soluciono el problema y nos devolvieron el dinero.

Staff great. Hotel needs TLC
Pros:

Location good. Excellent shower. Staff very welcoming. Particularly Ishan who was really helpful.

Cons:

Nowhere to hang clothes in room. Lighting in room awful and plug sockets in weird place. Some areas of the hotel need TLC. I find this with all Axel hotels though.
Breakfast was not up to par at all. Poor selection. When I tried to order scrambled eggs on brown toast I was told they only had vegan bread. When it arrived the eggs werent hot and the bread wasnt toasted. Coffee arrived without a teaspoon. Lots of small flies in there too

I’d like to say a few words about the staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Fabian—a wonderful, welcoming guy who is genuinely friendly, and I mean that sincerely. He is always ready to help, and he truly does so. My thanks go to him. My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and quiet—I really value peace and quiet. Fabian, thank you for ensuring my peace of mind and comfort. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer Top Lage! Die Matratze war sehr sehr gut!!!

Pros:

I was upgraded into Junior Suite room upon checked-in. It’s amazing! :-)

Cons:

minor comment. I had difficulty to used the shower area. Quite difficult to navigate the On/Off water setting.
