The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, but the hotel is a little bit dark inside. The gym is well equipped, but a little bit too small and some machines were broken.
The breakfast quality and variety is unacceptable. Not even a toaster for the plain bread. This is something you expect at a youth hostel, not a 4-star hotel. I had to go get breakfast outside the hotel, even though I prepaid for it.
Unfortunately, the spa was under construction when I stayed there, so there was no access to the rooftop either.
Good location, within a short walking distance to the underground station and within the zone of the bars etc. The reception team were great. The suite that I was given was excellent. I booked a Junior Suite but were given an upgrade to a larger suite on arrival. Facilities and space within the suite were amazing. The soundproofing is excellent as never heard any noise from other guests rooms. Reported a maintenance issue and it was rectified swiftly. Overall, was good value.
Was advised at booking that the spa would not be available so was aware. It was disappointing. No social spaces available to sit and chat with other guests.
The breakfast was poor value for its offering and the restaurant team were miserable, bordering rude.

Lovely hotel with a very liberal attitude 👌. Everything you can think of and even some you can't, all catered for. Really nice atmosphere.
Breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer.
Das Personal am Empfang (Nereida und Fabien) war wieder super freundlich und hilfsbereit, danke! Das Wlan ist sehr gut und kostenlos. Die zentrale Lage zum Kiez, zum Wittenbergplatz, von wo aus man schnell in allen Richtungen der Stadt ist, finde ich super. Ich habe mich über das kostenlose Upgrade zu einem Superior Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer verfügt dann sogar über eine Badewanne mit Whirl Funktion. Ebenso habe ich die Minibar sowie die Klimaanlage geschätzt.
Eigentlich nichts. Ich wundere mich jedoch, dass die Baustelle im Spa Bereich, der ja gesperrt ist schon seit Juli letzten Jahres immer noch besteht. Gibt es keine Baufirmen mehr in Berlin oder wird das ganze Roof Top abgerissen und neu aufgebaut?

The staff are very kind and attentive. The hotel is run-down and in need of renovation in every corner. The corridors are dark and smell bad. Breakfast is very meager, with no variety. The rooms are noisy. There was a wedding on Saturday, making it impossible to sleep. This is barely a two-star hotel; it falls far short of the expected standard. Yet, it is very expensive.

Das meist englisch gesprochen wurde. Auch die Sauna und damit der gesamte Spa Bereich war nicht nutzbar. Bauarbeiten bis September 2026. Hätte das gern vorher gewusst.

Manca una chiusura per la doccia (tenda o vetro), si allagava sempre tutto
Hervorragende Lage und immer super freundliches Personal, egal ob arezeption, Frühstücksservice oder Reinigungskraft.
Zimmer: zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kleidung, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl oder Sessel ... Einzelzimmer ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Dachterrasse war gesperrt.
Keine Bar oder Möglichkeit mal einen Kaffe zu trinken und vielleicht andere Hotelgäste kennenzulernen.

I absolutely loved this place! The room was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Santi and Kevin—they both speak Spanish, which was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
