Enjoyed my staff at this hotel, and will be staying here again when I return to Berlin.
Pros:

Like the location, close to the bars and the hotel style. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good mixture of different rooms, including suites.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the rooms not working so well in all rooms, to hot. Breakfast a bit of a disappointment as I don't eat eggs. the main part of the cooked breakfast. Apparently, I could have ordered extra items but wasn't aware that I could.
Pity that the spa area was closed for refurbishment, which we weren't pre-advised of.

Pros:

Gute Lage Nähe U-Bahn. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert. Kaffeesahne ist unbekannt, dafür gibt es Hafer- und Mandelmilch. Auf dem Buffet ist alles etwas eng. Kaffee wird direkt am Tisch serviert, Zucker und Milch muss man sich dann aber extra holen, also gleich die ganze Milchflasche und Zuckerdose. Personal spricht nur schlecht deutsch und beschäftigt sich mit dem Handy.

La suite pour sa surface, son emplacement.

Cons:

Matelas pas top (semble tassé). Sofa peu confortable.

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade auf eine Juniorsuite. Die hatte eine tolle Dusche und einen Whirpool. Das war toll.

Cons:

Der Raum war extrem kalt, so dass wir den bereitgestellten Radiotor die ganze Nacht über laufen lassen mussten.
Das Frühstück war eher dürftig, genauso das Personal im FrÜhstücksraum.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage....wenige Gehminuten bis zur U- Bahn und bis ins Szeneviertel

Cons:

Im Zimmer leider viel Staub.Teppichboden is nicht zeitgemäss und schlecht für Allergiker wie mich.Der Ein und Ausstieg bei der Dusche/Wanne ist doch recht hoch und somit gefährlich.
Es gibt nur 2 kleine Haken für Handtücher.Eine
Stange für Duschtücher wäre sinnvoll.
Die Kleiderbügel/stange ist viel zu hoch und nix
für kleine Leute.Insgesamt war es für uns ok.
