MONEY LAUNDERING!!!!
Pros:

Staff were all good and everything until they charged me for things I haven't used from the minibar.
for example - I only consumed 1 item and they charged me for 2!!!
Alsoo!! I had my own balcony which would go to to smoke, however, they are insisting that I smoked in the room!! Which I haven't obviously i am NOT retarded.
In any way, during the room check they told me that everything was fine and nothing was mentioned regarding smoking.
On the next day they charged me for smoking in the room (AGAIN I HAVE NOT) and for 1 extra item from the minibar.

Cons:

I EXPECT TO BE REFUNDED!!!!

Überteuerte Produkte im Zimmer. Z.B. Kaugummi für 4 Euro, was man für 30 Cent im Supermarkt kaufen kann.
35 Gramm Nüsse für 4 Euro.
Ein Tipp für die Inhaber; lieber die Produkte günstiger anbieten, dann werden die Produkte auch mehr Gäste verbrauchen. Eine Gewinnspanne von 1500% ist einfach nicht gerechtfertigt!!

Pros:

Freundliches Personal und stylishes Hotel. Auch das Zimmer ist hübsch designed. Solides Frühstück. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und hat kaum Stauram oder Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen, an nassen Tagen in Berlin etwas unpraktisch. Mir persönlich ist das Styling farblich zu finster, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Insgesamt muss ich aber schon sagen, dass mir in Berlin andere Hotels derselben Klasse besser gefallen haben.
