Room looked clean, floor was flirty, given a apology was empty and I was blamed by staff?
Cons:

The floor of the room was disgusting, I wore a new pair of slippers for only 15mins, and the soles of the slippers were black. When I mentioned to the staff, I was given an empty apology followed with a question, did you let the cleaners mop the floor yesterday, implying it was my fault that the floor was dirty because the cleaner was not allowed too clean the room (I was here two nights and I dont normally get room cleaned due to securtity concerns) this blame to me was not professional at all! Also the sink would back up and not drain correctly. Floor and sink were So Disgusting!

Cons:

I could feel the springs in the mattress against my back, so it wasn’t a very comfortable sleep. The towels were also very old, had some rust stains on them, and didn’t seem clean enough. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I’ve stayed at better Motel 6 locations in California.

Would GLADLY return for another stay at this location. Highly recommended. Service was phenomenal!
Pros:

Of all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one in particular was absolutely amazing. Staff member Tina or Trina (can't remember) was exceptionally hospitable, professional, warm and a delight to engage. Very rare from hotel services in my experience.
Our rooms sink was clogged and would back up whenever we used it. When we reported it, the maintenance lady (so disappointed that I never got her name) was exceptionally tentative, polite and reassuring. She arrived to address the issue and was able to plunge the sink and unclog it. Her determination to see the issue resolved rather than pass it off to a plumbing service was so admirable and appreciated. Nothing but smiles and warmth from these two particular ladies during the whole stay.

Cons:

The AC in our room was somewhat inconsistent. It would turn off and on, even when adjusted to the coolest setting during the hottest times of the day. It still would shut off for several moments allowing the room to warm up to uncomfortable levels before turning back on. Sleeping in this condition also got frustrating causing me to wake up hot while waiting for the unit to engage again. No matter the settings or room temp, the unit would still go off and on randomly.

Pros:

The AC was a definite plus. Friendly staff. Overall good experience.

The TV had some issues with the HDMI ports, but they were still functional.

Had a great night sleep, and the room was clean, did not smell like cigarettes smoke.

The towels were clean, but the floor towel for the shower was stained. Everything else was clean
