Property was well taken care of.
It spotless, but clean.
Staff wasn’t too interested in helping unless you went to them.
Fan in the bathroom was very loud, and always worked if the light was on.
To summarize.. This hotel cancelled my reservation without letting me know until I tried to check-in in-person after 5pm. I’m a young mother traveling with my baby who prepaid, so if anyone should not have gotten cancelled it’s me. Then after multiple phone calls and conversations on my time (Why did I have to be the one to do all this work to get my money back? They should have been able to handle it), they promised me I would get my money back in 7-10 days. Never offered me any other compensation, like a coupon or free night. Also they never offered to lodge me elsewhere (which is proper etiquette if the hotel cancels on you.) Anyways, the 10 days comes and goes, and turns out nothing was ever processed. Multiple people at the front desk and on the phone downright lied to me. I called the hotel and when they wouldn’t call me back, I had to call corporate. Again on my own time. A month after my initial reservation, I finally got my money back. My family and I will never stay at this hotel or any Hilton ever again. There are more trustworthy options.
Hilton, if you respond to this, that would be very ironic. I could not get proper communication from these people for a month. You will not be receiving any business from us no matter how sweet your apology.
Old cable TV (or DirecTV, which is the worst!) Please go to a more modern system like Hulu+, YouTube TV, etc...

Great breakfasts - nice variety - great omelets, drink choices, breat products, fruit available all day, clean, quiet and relaxing.

Missed the pool due to water restrictions, but gym was used and was fine.

Exhaust fan in bathroom, rattled, noisy, needs replacement. Could be cleaner. I think rooms need refurbishing. Asked for an emailed receipt upon departure, even asked if they had my email address, sure thing. No email yet.
The shower had dark stains in the corners and all along one entire side. It may have been mold, not sure. It had not been properly cleaned for months. This should not happen in a $200+ per night hotel. Nice furnishings are for naught when you can’t feel like you are getting clean in the shower.

For the Hilton name it is old. Clean but needs a remodel or some money put into it. A very average hotel.
I like the convenience of having Walmart and food options nearby.
The property looks nice until you get past the lobby area. The carpets are dingy and stained, elevator was questionable with cleanliness/operational wise. My room looked nice until I pulled back the blanket on one of my beds and it looked like there were crumbs of some sort but the part that disgusts me the most is the amount of BLACK MOLD in the bathroom behind the door. You can clearly see they had done work at some point and it wasn’t properly done or sealed. Regardless, it’s unacceptable. Especially for the price I paid.
