Our bed was hard, climate in room was either too warm or to cold. Pool facilities were closed.

No Hot Water in the Shower; Facilities a Little Run Down.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The check-in staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower on the first day of our stay. Not a great way to start off the day. Our window shade didn't open, and it was spattered with brown spots. In all, the property is a little run down and needs a refresh. If looking in the area, I'd check out one of the other similar properties instead.

This place needs a comprehensive refurbishing
Pros:

We've stayed here multiple times over the years. This time around it was evident that refurbishing is overdue. Apparently they are fixing things one thing at a time. The first room we were given had a broken closet door - it came right off the hinges. The second had an older model AC unit that rattled. The third room had a broken desk chair - which they replaced. We'll likely stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Holt Road the next time.

Slept well, but thankful it was only for 1 night. The price did not come close to being worth it!
Pros:

Bed was clean and comfy. Staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Bathroom was simply dilapidated and moldy! LOTS of chaulk to cover mold and "hold" the shower together, probably from leaking. Peeling wallpaper.
