Wasn’t that clean, top cover had spots on it. One of the pillows had something cruddy on it. It also smelled and the TV didn’t work.

The staff made my stay enjoyable, at least the dayshift
Pros:

I love the day staff when I checked in. They were very nice welcoming and helped me with everything that I needed.

Cons:

That night someone was smoking weed on my floor instead of worrying about that he was worried about my older kids getting ice. The night staff would not supply me with blankets for my pullout chair and the pool was cold and there were no clean towels.

The people was amazing

Cons:

Just on going yelling and stompin from room above us next door neighbors doesn't make it no better room right next to an exit just Continues yelling through the night told staff nothin changed wish I could of got my money back that night but everything was booked

Lodging was nice, but overcharged for nights not stayed.

Cons:

I stayed one night, billed for 4 nights, purchased travel insurance, but still have not received a refund.

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect! Safe area! Over all wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

We loved the giant rooms. Very clean. Wonderful shower pressure. My kiddos loved the pool. And breakfast was wonderful. Met everyone’s needs. Staff was so kind.

Cons:

I honestly don’t have anything bad to say! I mean the tv had to be reprogrammed but that’s not on them!

It was a place to rest! Cold ,smelly, but a place to rest! Very good Staff!

Location, staff was very good, and bed was comfortable! Room was spacious!

Cons:

Room411 A/C unit was set at 62 Degrees and I had no way to operate it to change the temperature! Hair dryer was broken.
Smelled heavily of Gonja smoke! Toilet paper bar was broken. Automatic entrance door to lobby was malfunctioning! No do not disturb sign available!
