The window was extremely noisy when it was windy. The pre-authorisation was very painful and it did not even work in the end...
Paying 25£ per night for parking when already paid nearly 1400£ for 3 nights is unheard of…

As a resident of the hotel, why am I having to pay for parking
The staff( each and every one) was helpful. They went above and beyond to help us.
As such nothing, but the room could have been a bit luxurious at the price I paid. It was very basic whilst the description said family deluxe room.

The spa was grubby, the stream room smelled of urine.
The location- right on the lake and close to attractions.
The pool - was great for our little toddler
And the breakfast had lots of options.
The view! I wish we could see the lake. It did say it had skylight windows. Wish it was more obvious to us.
