Stayed here when I was working away from Essex
Felt very safe staff were good as gold the food was absolutely delicious and well cheap !! I opted for the breakfast and only made it just in time so got take away breakfast to go to work will definitely be coming here again … also which is a bonus my van was full of tools parked it at the back against the fence with a camera pointing it..
The bathroom needed updating a bit and curtains other than that was absolutely perfect
The staff were so friendly, food delicious and the hotel was so clean. Absolutely loved it.
The location, the very clean room and the helpful staff. Plenty of parking, bar area very pleasant. Beds comfortable.
The noisy blokes in the bar playing cards, effing in front of the kids, the noise continuing into the night. Think we had neighbouring rooms. Hoped the staff would tell them to keep it down a bit and watch their language but left unchecked.
Didnt like that couldn't use dressing table as no mirror there.

Lovely location and friendly staff. Food was great, lots of GF options too.
We stayed in lodge off from main hotel, generally good but very hard mattresses and curtains let lots of light in. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Room was a little small, it would have been nice to check in at 2pm. 3 pm is too late
The hotel is in a brilliant location especially if the weather is good. All the staff were really friendly especially Ryan from the bar who took time to chat to us & was very helpful, especially with the vending machine 🤣we were visiting relatives & would definitely stay again.
Although some areas need a bit of a refresh all areas were very clean & the bedrooms & bathrooms very clean with clean bedding & towels.
Breakfast was good & the service very good.
There is also easy ample parking.
The pillows were not the best but didn't detract from a lovely stay.
Great location, lovely quiet room, food in the bar was good, bit disappointed the restaurant didn't open for dinner.
All the staff were friendly & very competent.
Fantastic views location not to far away from Skegness great staff when available one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel and a huge bedroom
