Lovely property needs few upgrades
Location central and lovely grounds
Great setting lovely staff. Breakfast very tasty , quality ingredients
Pillows ! Bed and breakfast should be as much as about the sleep as breakfast. The bed was ok but pillows were usual cheap uncomfortable ones. I really think any owner should sleep a night at their place to see what guests have. Cheapy pillows just don’t make for good sleep.
friendly and helpful staff also very clean
the bed was so comfy

The breakfast was great. The coastal path from the hotel was lovely and close to the beach.
We stayed in a small double bedroom which was smaller than expected and there were no lifts. However I would book again just in a better room.
Good location allowing for a 15 minute walk into the town.
A little frustrating that you can’t check in early. I know hotel information clearly states 3pm but usually there is some flexibility. Not here
Hotel was lovely & clean set in a beautiful location away from the arcades. Only a shirt walk into Ingoldmells. Very welcoming place, food was great & staff was welcoming & friendly too.
Nothing, everything was lovely.
Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Beach is on the doorstep.
Quiet location with lovely views over the golf course
Food was amazing! Ate in the hotel and the bistro beef was stunning. Breakfast was nice with good quality ingredients and lots to choose from.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and hotel and rooms very clean.
Not a lot to report but the steps going up into the hotel were very steep. People with mobility problems might struggle.
No hair dryer in room. (Will remember to bring one next time)
Pleasant stay lovely hotel
Pillows went down head of bed during night
