Nice hotel just a shame the spa is not included
Pros:

We returned to the hotel to celebrate birthdays after having visited over 15 years ago. It is close to a fabulous restaurant called Madonieat and the breakfast and terrace are great.

Cons:

I don’t understand why it’s advertised as a spa hotel if customers must pay to use the spa facilities.

A dirty and poor city; I do not recommend visiting it to anyone.
Pros:

The breakfast was very meager, consisting mostly of sweet items and pastries. The fruit was overripe and nearly spoiled.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the central air conditioning in the room was turned off during the day without warning. I also didn't like that the room floor—which was very dirty—was never mopped during our week-long stay. The hotel's location is poor; it is situated in the historic part of the city, which is terribly dirty and in a dreadful state. Furthermore, taxis arranged by the hotel turned out to be unlicensed, charging us 50 euros for a three-kilometer trip. All in all, I would never return to either this city or this hotel.

Erstklassiges Palazzo Hotel mit Spa. Zentral gelegen. Gutes Parking Angebot. Grosses und geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer schwierig einzustellen, zu kalt. Unpraktische Duschbrause, alles wird nass. Kaffee beim Frühstück ungeniessbar.
