Bon emplacement, idéal pour les visites
Historic , well located and designed for a holiday in Palermo . Great breakfast food.
Check your sat nav. It’s easy to find without driving on very narrow roads . Weirdly a basic press the button coffee machine at breakfast rather than a top quality coffee machine that you expect in Italy.
The location and rooftop bar.
There was no coffee available in our suite or glassware. They expected us to drink coffee and wine from paper cups
Hotel is well located on a quiet street and the staff are all very nice. We used the gym and while small, was perfect. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was lovely with Hugh ceilings
The air-conditioning kept breaking in our bedroom but it did eventually get fixed.

Odamız çok güzel bir tarihi manzaraya karşı keyifliydi ancak sanırım restoranın altında kaldığımız için Sandalye gıcırtıları çok oluyordu. Lobi çok küçük birlikte oturup keyif yapabilecek bir ortam sunmuyor. Klima bazen çalışıp bazen devam ediyor ve çok sesli çalışıyor maalesef genel olarak değerlendirme yapacaksam

Naomi on reception was very welcoming & gave us lots of information about the surrounding area.
The breakfast was such a treat!!!
Mattie covering the breakfasts was also very warm & welcoming to us. He gave us some great tips of things to see & do!!!
The location was excellent & all the shops & restaurants are within walking distance.
We shall be coming back to stay with the rest of the family when we introduce them to Palermo!!!

Gute Lage zum historischen Zentrum. Schöne Dachterrasse.
Zimmer zur Strasse mit doch sehr störenden Strassengeräuschen. Baustelle unmittelbar vor dem Hotel mit Beginn der Bauarbeiten gegen 6:30.
Clean and in a nice location. We were able to walk to most of the recommended sights.
Asked for a robe and was told that they were only available to the spa patrons. No complimentary bottle of water. The shower has very little water pressure. Would prefer a walk in shower instead of a tub. Air conditioning is poor but we asked for a fan and was given one.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Porta Felice. The location is perfect—right in the historic centre and within walking distance of major sights and the seafront. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight with great views and a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They arranged a taxi for me for a 6am departure. Would definitely stay again!
Great location in Kalsa district, easy walk to lots of restaurants and city centre. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast on 4th floor restaurant with lovely view over old part of the city. Relaxing spa which we enjoyed on last evening, need to book for a 75 min slot at small additional cost.
Unfortunately there’s building work going on in property right across the street and our room faced that. Workers started very early in morning which was noisy so request room not facing street ideally. Very hot in the room as heating was on high but can request to have it turned off at reception. No still water supplied in room but we got used to buying a large bottle on way home from dinner out.
