Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Porta Felice. The location is perfect—right in the historic centre and within walking distance of major sights and the seafront. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight with great views and a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They arranged a taxi for me for a 6am departure. Would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Great location in Kalsa district, easy walk to lots of restaurants and city centre. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast on 4th floor restaurant with lovely view over old part of the city. Relaxing spa which we enjoyed on last evening, need to book for a 75 min slot at small additional cost.

Cons:

Unfortunately there’s building work going on in property right across the street and our room faced that. Workers started very early in morning which was noisy so request room not facing street ideally. Very hot in the room as heating was on high but can request to have it turned off at reception. No still water supplied in room but we got used to buying a large bottle on way home from dinner out.

Inoubliable séjour à cet hôtel et à Palerme!
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé! Personnel souriant et compétent, quartier agréable pour de belles promenades près de la mer en plus des visites des lieux d’histoire et de culture. La salle du petit-déjeuner offre une vue majestueuse, inoubliable! C’est aussi le lieu du bar, très accueillant, le soir! Enfin la chambre est grande!

Cons:

Dans ce vieil hôtel bien rénové, chaque chambre a une petite fenêtre, alors la lumière ne peut pas beaucoup pénétrer… Mais il y a un éclairage artificiel suffisant pour que la chambre soit agréable à toute heure du jour.
