NWA Hotel with Convenience
Pros:

Our stay was during the state 5A high school basketball tournament in nearby Farmington (GO PARKVIEW). Reasonable location and reasonable price. The bathroom set is logistically accommodating with standard ceilings that allow reasonable ventilation. Gas station being nextdoor is super convenient too. I'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Would not recommend - it’s run down.
Pros:

Seemed decent AND THEN….

The room had water marks all over the wall as if the flooding from above was not treated well. Room smelled very musty.

NONE OF THE FITNESS EQUIPMENT was working. Not a single piece of and the fitness room temp is registering like a summer day, not a finess room (too warm to safely be running any distances). Very disappointing to have a hotel so poorly kept.

Pros:

We booked double beds on Hotels.com and when we arrived to hotel, they had us down for 1 King. We had the statement from the AP showing double beds but the Hotel had 1 King on their end. Did not have any doubles left. The Receptionist was very nice and found a King with a pull out couch for us. Overall, turned out ok. Minor inconvenience.

Misleading information
Pros:

I am a long time loyal Marriott customer and was in town visiting a friend in the hospital. I chose this Marriott partially for its location but mainly because they advertised on their website and the Marriott app a business center with a computer and printer. During my stay I was going to create some health related legal documents for my friend and his family so having a dedicated space to use a computer and printer was very important. When I searched for the business center I saw a sign at one end of the property pointing the way to the center. When I got to the other end of the property I saw another sign showing the business center was behind me.

I went to the front desk and was told they did not think there had ever been a business center. This is obviously not a new hotel and I asked why the Marriott website and app had not been updated and they were not able to answer and just said that it was an issue other customers have complained about. In my experience it is very unusual for a Marriott branded property to have misleading information.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful and my room and hotel property were otherwise fine.

Pros:

Room smelled like male cat urine. Brought it to the attention of the staff but no other room was available. The bushes outside the windows reeked of feral cat urine too so my guess was the smell was entering through the AC vents under the window. Worst experience ever! Rooms, kitchen area was clean and tidy. I will pass on staying again.

Our Go To Hotel in NWA.
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel when we come to the Fayetteville area. It is centrally located and right off the interstate. Close to food and rooms are always comfortable and clean.

Overall was a good stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, bed was not very comfortable & worn down. I liked the full kitchen, but we had an ant problem. The pool was nice & well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good on the front day, but not great on the second day. Overall I might stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and hotel need an update. When we were there the ice machine was out of service. Normally this would not matter but there is only one ice machine for the entire hotel. We had to ask the front desk for them to get us ice and they would not fill the cup. The breakfast was not even edible and the eggs were cold. We had to go grab food every morning elsewhere. There is not many options for food nearby. You will have to drive about 10 min.

Fayetteville stay
Pros:

Breakfast options was on the weaker side of other stays at other properties. The person taking care of the area was not restocking very well so choices were limited to eat. Bed was lumpy compared to many other Marriott properties we've stayed at. Hotel is older but maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Continental breakfast was awesome- loved the crustless quiches! Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained.
Pool was very small and a little murky, so if you’re looking to have a place for kids, this probably isn’t a good place!

Pros:

Found dried blood stain on the fitted sheet. After laying in bed for a couple hours. Then found some on the pillowcase. Which means they didn't change the sheets. No chance they end up together after being laundered
