Staff was nice and friendly, place was clean and neat
Pros:

Room was spacious with aircon & tv with Dstv, Bed was nice and comfortable

Cons:

Place is a bit old, furniture inside is old, paint is worn out....other than that we had a good stay, kids really enjoyed swimming at the pool

Location is great

Cons:

Bathroom layout. Toilet is squashed between shower and cabinet.
Swimming pool small and area not clean.
Restaurant very limited.
Water shedding and no Jojo
There should have been a broom in the room.
Not much to do on the premises

Pros:

I liked that it's 5 min away from Wild coast sun because the hotel does not have any activities.

Cons:

The entire hotel could do with a bit of TLC and upgrade, the water outage during our stay was a damper and went for dinner and was not impressed either. No phones in the hotel room... etc.

Pros:

Location, the staff and the food

Cons:

The room need some attention for example the shower was too small with no soap holder, we have to squeeze ourselves to seat on the toilet due approximate to the shower. The bones are good but some love and serious renovation will do.

I was not happy at all.
Pros:

Swimming pool was clean

Cons:

The building is very old, the corridors are dirty, and there was no water. The room smells of mold and needs new decorations. What you see in the pictures is not what you find when you get there. Overall, the entire building needs renovation.
