People and Teams are very Good, especially House keeping and Restaurant,
Following to be improved as below
1- The room has very Poor lighting, any time it feels midnight inside the room,
2- Electrical sockets are not enough, There is no provision of sockets for electric kettle,
3- No provision of Room small refrigerator to consume chilled beer or any drink
4- Food should be available with different varieties of menu like Indian cuisine

Rooms are classic.
They cancelled my stay for 3 days because they had over-booked. My efforts to get a refund of more than R4200 is bearing no success. Kindly assist me get a refund since I booked through booking.com.
The place is very unkept, the toilet was broken, there was a continuous leak. The shower had grime, the room had a stench, there weren't enough towels, the lighting was bad, the staff reeked of alcohol. The water pressure was awful. It was a terrible experience

Central to where we had to bed.
Rooms were stuffy. I had no hot water today. Other guests were very loud during the evening.i had no hot water this morning. No additional blanket provided in the room

My booking was messed up. I booked a Suite with a King bed for a particular reason and someone else was given my suite and was offered a room without a lounge. We ended up not sleeping there. Very disappointed.
I liked how big the rooms were.
The breakfast pack on Sunday morning was good.
There was no complimentary water and no bar fridges in the rooms
On Monday morning, there was no juice at breakfast, and the only other alternative beverages were water and filtered coffee
