staff is very patient with guests. very helpful and responds very fast to any help needed by guest. rooms neat and clean. breakfast was very nice and eating area kept organised. well done team. checking in was very easy.

Cons:

the stairs to upper level with luggage is tiring. the hotel should implement a lift. it will be helpful.

People and Teams are very Good, especially House keeping and Restaurant,

Cons:

Following to be improved as below
1- The room has very Poor lighting, any time it feels midnight inside the room,
2- Electrical sockets are not enough, There is no provision of sockets for electric kettle,
3- No provision of Room small refrigerator to consume chilled beer or any drink
4- Food should be available with different varieties of menu like Indian cuisine
