Messed up booking
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

My booking was messed up. I booked a Suite with a King bed for a particular reason and someone else was given my suite and was offered a room without a lounge. We ended up not sleeping there. Very disappointed.

I liked how big the rooms were.
The breakfast pack on Sunday morning was good.

Cons:

There was no complimentary water and no bar fridges in the rooms
On Monday morning, there was no juice at breakfast, and the only other alternative beverages were water and filtered coffee

It was good
Pros:

Slept comfortably rooms were clean booked X2 for the kids as well. Comfortable on top

Cons:

Checking out time is too early coz I still had to prepare the kids and 09:00 was too soon couldn’t even had breakfast because of time limit

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Aircon was too noisy
We booked as a couple but provided with one towel
The room was too small for the price we paid.
Room service took over an hour to be delivered.
There were no sanitary towels bags
You have to walk for the iron, you can't just to borrow and leave it outside.
