Rude General Manager

The poor customer service from GM ...Jerome. dropped the call when I called to enquire why we paid R210 each for breakfast and there was no buffet. Said he was off ...how is this possible that he is not available to address issues and drops a call.

He is a very rude guy ....has no respect for his guest. I was totally shocked.. his staff also seem to dislike this treatment towards them. I will never stay there again if that guy is still the GM...

Need to clearly state no buffet breakfast. Staff were excellent. General Manager (GM) set a poor example and spoiled the experience.
