Pros:

The room was really big, with a kitchen and living room area.

Cons:

There were buckets of blacktop in the middle of the parking lot, which made it hard to get around and park. They were painting the office when we arrived and we had to walk under a ladder and on drop cloths to check in. I think people may live there. I saw lawn Cha outside of rooms and one lady had at least two yapping dogs that she would take out between 7:00 and 8:00 in the morning and they would wake us up.

Wouldn’t stay there again especially for the price
Pros:

It was close to my event.

Cons:

There was a section of the parking lot that was blocked off for repairs. I couldn’t park in front of my room. There was loud construction on the office building in the morning.

Would definitely stay here again! Clean and close to everything
Pros:

VERY clean! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ideal location for accessing the beach/state park, local restaurants, shopping. Good value.

Convenient for our needs. It has what we need as far as a small kitchenette, good size bathroom, table and chairs. Plenty of outlets for charging.

Cons:

Little dated & dark inside. Couldn't figure out the microwave. The stairs going up are way too narrow and a little dangerous since we're 75 yo & going up & down many times with our luggage etc. was very sketchy.
