Great place to stay!
Pros:

We stay here every year when we go to Sturgis. The location is great. We love the boardwalk and the arcade right next door. Staff are always friendly and everything is always great. We brought the kids this year and they loved it too! Highly recommend!

Would not stay again
Pros:

Location for Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. Walkable to Boardwalk in Keystone. Offered hot items at breakfast.

Cons:

Awful parking. People visiting boardwalk take up all hotel parking and the hotel allows it. Double Queen room was tiny. Bathroom floor all cracked and shifted when you walked. One of beds was broken. Pool and hot tub was too busy, so I can't speak to that. Shower was cold and poor water pressure.

Location to mt Rushmore

Cons:

Very small king room, super noisy air conditioner, was so loud we had to shut it off to sleep, super noisy bathroom fan and hallways were HOT. Also, the room smelled too much like room spray or something very fragrant!

Tiny room, very run down. Carpet dirty, water did not drain in tub/shower. Bed uncomfortable.
