For the price, it was lovely!
Pros:

Very convenient to Mt Rushmore. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

For the price - very lovely!

Cons:

Lobby area small and chaotic at check in at 9 pm. We are two adults - mom and 19 yr old son. The noise from families of small children was frightening as we waited for our turn at the desk. However our room was in a wing of the hotel and it was very quiet. So appreciative for that!!!

There’s a constant water drip in the shower.

Kay and Steve were amazing!!

Great Experience
Pros:

The staff is great. We had a small issue when we got our room. Nitsa and Steve took care of it right away. Nitsa put us in an upgraded room and made sure the room was in perfect condition. We decided to stay a second night and Steve added the night at a great rate. Breakfast was good. Nitsa, Steve and Lisa were helpful, friendly and made sure our stay was great. We were by the pool and had no noise issues. Room is a little outdated but they were clean and served our purpose. We would definitely return.

The breakfast was very nice. They had a variety of things to choose from. The staff was very nice. I liked this hotel it was close to shops and places to eat so we could just walk to them and not have to drive.

BEST SERVICE EVER
Pros:

I had a great stay due to the staff.
Steve checked us in and made sure we had FRESH cookies! He told us about the hours of the business that were not fully open and let us know where to go and what to see.
Nita was great! Lisa was friendly and always had breakfrast ready for us.
I do not know how they do it! It did not matter what time it was, you always saw them ready to help with everything. It looks like they are the only ones who work there.
There were a few small issues with the tub dripping and the TV quit working because of a storm. The small things like that you can overlook with the AMAZING FRIENDLY AND SMILING SERVICE YOU WILL receivE.
From the fresh coffee made at 3 am by Lisa because i cant sleep or the extra towels Nita makes sure we got and the cookies Steve makes. Witha team like that, you cant go wrong on service. Give them all a raise! they are the reason you have a great hotel.
The hotel is right on the main boardWAlk and quick walk to weverythikhngws.
The rooms are clean, a little small by todays standarnad but comfortale.
This early in the season, the hotel is quiet and inviting. The price was just right for the areas.

Pros:

Loved the location. Was within walking distance to the Boardwalk and shopping. The staff was amazing and accommodating to anything we needed.

Cons:

The room was rather small. We had to put bags on the floor and underneath furniture. We were also at the end of the hotel and furthest away from the pool, breakfast area and ice machine.

Outstanding customer service!!!
Pros:

We want to acknowledge Steve D. for his excellent customer service. He made our check-in experience very welcoming, he also went above and beyond with resolving our dilemma when we inadvertently left a few items in the room.
