Great place and lots to do.
Pros:

The staff from the beginning to end great customer service.The breakfast was good.The cookies were great in the afternoon.Location perfect.

Cons:

The parking was bad not enough.The bus took 13 spots they should park on the other side.Spoke with the manager about the other issues.She was fantastic and very kind to listen to us.We felt she cared.Thank you

Overall a decent place and location. There was nothing which stood out as an exceptional quality during my stay to rate higher.

Cons:

Had a bad experience within the facility where i was stuck in the elevator for reasons of it malfunctioning for almost 15 mins. The response from the staff to fix it was not prompt and neither were any apologetic actions taken.

Pros:

I think I mostly enjoyed the ceiling fan. Not too many hotels have that and I enjoy air moving without listening to the air conditioner run all the time. The pool and hot tub was very nice.

Cons:

Noisy refrigerator.
