It was pleasant and easy checkin
Pros:

It was a lovely break in the heart of cbd and I felt safe and content with my booking. I’d been before with my mum

The room, location and staff

Cons:

The washing machine and dryer cost $8 each and for a cashless hotel you had to use cash to use them but the motel couldn’t let you get money out as I don’t carry cash but if I had cash they could give me change. Other motels I’ve stayed at you can use your card to start the machines and they are half the price

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

It was clean and the space was functional. The location was excellent and suited my needs perfectly.

Cons:

The view could have been better but honestly, I was really happy with my stay.

Loved the location

The room was very small and dark . We booked for 3 nights but because of the trouble in middle east our flight was cancelled again , we requested another 2 nights and where told no rooms where available because it was the grand prix wkend we could not get it at the original rate , but they could find us a more expensive room ! So no room ?but yes a room but 3 times the price . War has broken out ,we are stranded in Melbourne trying to get back to Europe so so stressful. I was told that the more expensive room is so expensive because we where only staying 2 nights ,I pointed out that we had already been here for 3 nights ,does this not count ?? Disgraceful, price gouging . So I would never recommend any family or friends to stay ... greed is an awful curse . Thank goodness we found new accommodation who where happy to help us out without price gouging!!

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Perfect location!! Accommodating with back to back bookings so I could stay in the same room.

Cons:

Info said there was breakfast available. Reality, there wasn’t.
Dining, lounge, and bar is really just dining with a bar.

Location Great. Facilities were sub par and dated.

Location was brilliant.

Cons:

Dated and not very clean. Lighting wasn’t great in kitchenette area. No fan in bathroom wasn’t great as it was already quite humid in the hotel. And took hours for steam to go away in bathroom after a shower. TV had google chrome plugged in but not logged in and it wanted to set up our own accounts.
