Most enjoyable except to the in room TV
Pros:

Great location , bed very comfy , nice hot shower

Cons:

The room TV - very difficult to get the tv channels working - I requested front office staff to rectify - even he had problems but eventually he got it working - I would hate to see an older guest trying to get the tv working

The location is great for getting around the city.

Cons:

Room was too hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. Maintenance came to turn the temperature down and even though the dial showed they had set the temperature to below 15 degrees the temperature fluctuated between 21.5 and 23.5 degrees.

Would have also liked coffee mugs in the room to have a decent sized coffee in the morning . Did ask housekeeping if we could have two mugs but they never arrived.
