Un comodo hotel nel centro di Melburne
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto la grandezza della camera, la pulizia, la disponibilità dei receptionist, la tranquillità della camera, la possibilità di stirare eventuali vestiti stropicciati, la vicinanza alla strada commerciale ed ai tram (free tram zone).

Very convenient
Pros:

Great location in CBD. And amazingly quite considering it's on a busy laneway. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The room could do with a spring clean. Behind the TV very dusty, and edge on shower a bit grotty but overall good.

You get what you pay for. Cost of room is comparable for the hotel wouldn’t pay more than $170 a night. It’s comfortable
Pros:

Location is great. Bed was clean

Cons:

Very old, carpets dirty and ripped, very dark no natural light getting through
Fixtures old. People at the front desk appear uninterested in their jobs not friendly just going through the paces.
Uninviting foyer, corridor floors are loose and clunky and when people walk on them make a lot of noise. You can hear everything outside your room.
