Bad reception for TV viewing
Would not eat the eggs and sausage for breakfast. Cold when it comes out. If it does come out hot it is not maintained at correct temp for service (I’ve been a servsafe manager for 15 years)
Trash cans in breakfast area were not wiped down on the outside for the 4 mornings we were there, how often are they cleaned on the inside

Bathroom too small. I requested a walkin shower, as I am disabled.could not provide.

Flies in the room, curtains falling off, animal hair everywhere in the room, shower didn't drain, tv reception would go out every 30 seconds and the room was so small it felt like a jail cell. The staff didn't even know what down was or what hypoallergenic meant, They were rude and unaccommodating. And the ice machine didn't even work.

I loved the view and the pool was quite nice, our room was okay at best. Id choose a different room next time.
I chose the room with a jetted tub and the tub didn't actually work, the water also seemed to have a yellow tint, wasn't just the lighting.
The amount of towels was great, the toiletries smelled nice and were plenty, the front desk staff were wonderful!

The pool was nice and the outside looked nice
Our room was very small and cramped and smelled. The bedding was visibly soiled for one of the beds and when I tried to call the front desk I realized there wasn’t even a cord attached to our phone. I guess the phone was just for decoration?
Bed was comfortable.
No hand soap in the bathroom, air conditioner filter was very dirty and the bathroom floor had all types of hair in it.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and conveniently located to travel to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park and any other places you may want see.

Rooms were nice, but smaller. The room kept smelling like liquid amoxicillin. The TV would get most channels.
