Pros:

Персонал очень отзывчивый все спросив сразу решають (пораньше завтракать, номерах какой-то проблеми и такдали). Местоположения отличная, завтраки очень хорошо готовят.

Cons:

Нашем номере туалете неприятный запах был. Персонал сразу номер поменял.

Très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel était très courtois, gentil et serviable. Les draps et les serviettes sont remplacés chaque jour ce qui est très confortable.

Cons:

Les sanitaires n’étaient pas nettoyés à fond tous les jours.

A family stay
Pros:

The location is so convenient , next to tram , shops and restaurants . staff are very friendly and very helpful , you feel you are home . Breakfast is tasty .
Clean rooms . Thank you to Sema , she made sure that we have a comfortable stay . My third time staying in this hotel. Will come again.
