Excelent location, tram 1 ~200m away, subway ~600 m away, easy to walk to both Haga Sophia and to the water front. Plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood, both local places and restaurants. Small shop just downstairs. Decent breakfast. We did like staying in the hotel.
One of the AC did not work (we had 2 rooms). Limited amenities.

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, nagyon bőséges volt a választék.
A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.
Jó helyen volt a szálloda.
Hangos volt a szoba. Nagyon lehetett hallani a villamost, de ami még ennél is zavaróbb volt, hogy a felettünk lévő szobában megszálló vendégeket oly mértékben lehetett hallani, mintha egy légtérben lettünk volna.

L'emplacement de l’hôtel est bien situé pas loin des transports en commun. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel à l'accueil disponible et à l’écoute. Merci.
Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié de recevoir un mail de booking qui me dit que ma réservation n'avait pas été honorée. Il a fallu que je contacte l’hôtel pour leur demander de faire le nécessaire, bonjour ma facture de téléphone.
La communication était trés difficile! Ne jamais payer en espèces sur place jamais!!!
Vous risquez de payer une fois de plus votre réservation! Si vous payez en espèces il n’y a pas de traces, vous n'êtes pas enregistré, une fois que vous rentrez booking vous informe que votre réservation n’a pas été honorée si vous n'avez aucun reçu cela peut-être problématique soit vous repayer votre réservation, soit vous aurez des taxes à payer.
Payez par carte bleue c’est plus sécurisant!!! Pensez à demander une facture après le paiement et gardez bien votre reçu.
