Room was comfortable and quiet was a quiet area
Pros:

Liked the sausage egg and cheese muffin. Orange juice tasted better than most motels.liked the cinnamon dainish.

Cons:

Coffee machine and microwave in room was to low for us oil people.

I enjoyed that there were free pretzels, trail mix or cookies upon arrival- very friendly

Cons:

The sheets were so uncomfortable. Like having paper as sheets. It made sleeping really difficult. I asked for an extra blanket to cover myself but the quality of the blankets was also sub par and not soft.

it was mostly a quiet place to stay

Cons:

the only problem was being able to hear when someone walked in their room upstairs. which wasnt often thankfully

Pros:

Every one of the staff were very professional kind and helpful and the property was so clean I was very kmpressed also Charline at the front desk went above and beyond everyday to make our stay comfortable and amazing

There was nothing negative at this Hitler everybody was wonderful and the place was prístina

This Microtel is in a great location and it's manager is a Great person...very helpful and kind!

Good food nice room
Pros:

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy! The only complaint with the room is there was no closet or anywhere to hang up clothes. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of food and drink choices. I would stay here again.

It was perfect for what I needed it for.

I had a double bed room. It was perfect while my friend visited me. I enjoyed the window bench. It was so clean... staff were super friendly

Cons:

The front desk never communicated my late checkout to housekeeping. When they knocked I had to explain myself and tell her who confirmed the late checkout.

VERY Helpful General Manager and Desk Staff
Pros:

We had an unusual few days at the end of December due to weather. [We had to reschedule a wedding!] I had about 5 days when I canceled and then rescheduled reservations as our needs kept changing. The staff at Springville Microtel was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. The rooms provided were clean and comfortable and the rate was very reasonable - especially considering all the changes! Really thankful for all their help in taking care of people for whom I was responsible.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Check in was fast thank goodness, I was tired. The staff was friendly. Every single thing was spic and span. I would only have one request. It would be nice to have Directions for the television as I could not get the close captions on.
