Small Rooms
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. Room was too small for 2 and very poor lighting. I guess micro meant small. Rooms works be fine for one person.

Expectations were more than reality showed.
Pros:

Breakfast food in morning good selection. Convenient parking.

Cons:

The room shower disappointment as expected a hard massager one but it was straight line weak pressure straight flow only water. Check in good but check out there was errors to correct from check in process. There were extra charges that they gave besides just the room charge.

Will stay at Microtel in the future.
Pros:

First time staying at the Microtel chain. Such a nice well kept property. Will look for other Microtels when we plan our future family trip. Kids were excited when they opened the door to the room and saw all the bright colors.

Terrible and would like a full refund.
Pros:

Room was very clean and staff was good.

Cons:

Too much noise from roads and rowdy guests, in community area. Loud noises coming from upstairs hallway and room above. No noise deading in rooms or hallways. A/C hard to set.

I would definitely choose this place again.
Pros:

The staff are friendly. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy. What excited me the most was that there were actual gluten-free items for breakfast! Thank you for thinking about those who are unable to eat normal food.

Cons:

The coffee dispenser ran out of coffee in the morning and the gentleman who replaced it couldn’t seem to find the correct keys to open the dispenser. It eventually got refilled, but it didn’t seem to be as strong.

The shower head is to high for someone 5 ft and under and the ac wasn’t Working the best however it’s very convenient and time saving being able to check in and check out on the app
