We komen hier al jaren en het is altijd goed. We kregen een fijne kamerupgrade! De locatie is heel goed, op loopafstand van het oude centrum!

Pros:

In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich einfach rundum wohl . Man merkt sofort , dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Das Service ist perfekt , alle sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam , und es fehlt an nichts. Für uns war es wunderschöner Aufenthalt - ein Hotel , in das man sehr gerne wiederkommt.

So much potential, so little delivered
Pros:

The space is beautiful

Cons:

The service and breakfast were horrible. We sat down for dinner and waited 20 minutes before someone came to serve us. The beds and seating are absolutely trash.

Peaceful. Quaint. Very comfortable environment. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast and laundry service is available.

Cons:

This might be just an Italy thing but lots of the hotels have AC that don't get cold enough for me and this was the same. But not knocking them much for that.

Le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins. L'endroit est très beau et typique et la chambre spacieuse. La piscine est un vrai plus, on peut même commander un petit verre qu'on nous amène au bord de l'eau. Petit déj très bon.

Cons:

Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant le soir et niveau qualité-prix on y était pas vraiment. Mais c'est le seul bémol de cet endroit super.

Einfach super!!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Palazzo in einem tollen Park mit Pool oberhalb der Stadt gelegen. Unser Zimmer Bellavista mit tollem Blick, einer sehr angenehmen Größe und einer guten Klimaanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommen, hilfsbereit und sprachgewandt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Location was far from downtown Florence, breakfast was mostly cake, cheese, bread with no fat free yogurt or milk options, definitely not health conscious offerings. Plumbing/bathroom outdated.

Fabulous location and lovely villa.
Pros:

Location. Loved feeling like we weee in the countryside but an easy 20-30 min down hill walk into centre of Florence. Size of room was great. Staff were friendly and eager to look after us.

Cons:

The shower was quite small. Pool area a little tired but we still enjoyed relaxing at the property.

Heel mooi hotel in een Italiaans palazzo

Mooi hotel in een palazzo, met een heel leuk terras om te ontbijten of iets te drinken. Mooi zwembad , kwam goed van pas na een halve dag rond te lopen in het heel warme Firenze. Heel vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

Iets verder van het centrum, parking was 18 eur per dag. Geen kluis op de kamer.
