Nice hotel and room, double check your rate though
Pros:

Clean large room with a comfortable bed. Was able to control the tempurate of the room easily and there were plenty of towels. Pillows were also very comfy. Super close to the airport, so it was very convenient.

Cons:

Had a hard time figuring out the TV, I wanted to just watch local news in the morning but everything was set up for streaming services. Also had an issue with the billing. My flight had been cancelled at 1am and I found the hotel on Booking.com. When I checked out, the rate the hotel billed me was not the rate that was shown on Booking.com. They did correct it after some back and forth with the front desk (tried to say it was a Booking error), apparently there is no front desk manager.

Great we went back for a second stay later in the week when travel back thru. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

Found food on the floor from previous guests w8rh an infant crawling not ideal. Had to grab a food from infant twice that she found on the ground. Pool was pretty cold.

Pros:

The spacious room.

Cons:

The hot tub was not hot, you could see imprints on the bed where people slept, it was not comfortable. The heating/ac wouldn't work. It was hot and we were unable to cool it down.

Very Quiet and Comfortable-Staff Customer Service Lacking
Pros:

The room was large and had kitchen amenities. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and shower allowing one person to take a shower while the other dries their hair.

Cons:

Staff, guys each time, at check-in and check-out spoke very fast the entire time. When asked to repeat something they seemed put out and not interested at all in offering better customer service. I'm not sure why they spoke fast but it was hard to follow.

Sleep in your car before staying here
Pros:

Not a 3 star place, more like 1 star. Dated, poor maintenance and rude management. There are no restaurants nearby After checking with a snarky guy, the first room had a clogged sink, the toilet took 5 minutes to refill and the lights in one room didn't work. We were offered a second room but the keycards wouldn't work. The third room had an AC that was very loud and vibrated the bed when it worked. It quit twice during the night.

Only one of two keycards worked for the outside doors. After trying 5 or 6 cards "Mr personality " gave up.

When I pointed out the issues another manager the next day, he was defensive and argumentative. He said that all complaints were not valid. They have very low standards at this property.

Pros:

Short distance from interstate but far enough not to be aware of noise. Short drive into Missoula itself which is handy for food options. Large clean room, pool was good

Cons:

Given the price, disappointed not to have breakfast provided, and would have expected the sofa bed to have been made up for us.

Great Stay in Missoula!
Pros:

Stonecreek Lodge in Missoula is an awesome place to stay! The rooms are super clean, comfortable and way bigger than expected. It is in a great location right near the airport which makes traveling easy but it is still quiet enough to get a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and the free airport shuttle and indoor saltwater pool are huge bonuses. It is a fantastic spot to stay in Missoula and I would definitely come back!
