Pros:

Location. Cleanliness.

Cons:

Bed sucked, and pillows were horrible. Pet deposit (Non refundable) was $75.00 pretty ridiculous.

It’s was a bed to sleep on nothing more .

Cons:

While most of the staff was pleasant, one staff member was having a very bad day I assume, and quite rude . Hotel ran out of swim towels so by the time our kids finally used the pool they were handed hand towels and told they have already asked for to many towels , mind you our kids had not been to the pool once and it wouldn’t have been a big deal it was just treatment during the situation . Our cards were ran twice some 3x due to a glitch they said . Asked about a running trail was looked at like we were aliens and just received a cold no . The hotel has great potential and maybe it was just a bad weekend due to all the events going on in town and staff was stressed idk . Overall the experience was just meh and I wouldn’t pick to stay again .

Overall it was a nice place to stay just getting a little worn.
Pros:

Locatin was good. Room was great size and facilities were accommodating to our mobility issues.

Cons:

Beds were very used, soft and not comfortable. Accessible shower was small had a portable shower seat and did not offer a wand for showering. Hotel was quiet during the week but extremely noisy when more occupied on the weekend.

I have been a loyal customer for more than 25 years. I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The airport shuttle was prompt.

Cons:

Front desk manager was rude, The parking that was free for twenty years cost $20 in December of 2025, and is now $30, plus a $10 deposit for the plastic parking pass that can be refunded. I had reserved through booking.com and they overcharged me more than $15. When I asked for that to be fixed, they said they could not refund the overcharge of the taxes based on the correct rate.

Great value. Friendly staff. Plenty of amenities!
Pros:

Staff was amazing. The hot tub was nice and clean and the room was spacious and kept clean as well. Would definitely stay here again. A great bang for your buck!

Cons:

Only issue i had was the shower kept making a high pitched squeaky sound. Had to fix it a couple times by restarting the shower head.
