The employee where excellent loved there customer service.
It had a bad smell to the first room I got so I had them get me a new room and it smelled too
The staff was helpful and answered any questions we asked.Rooms were clean ,even the bathroom was supplied with all we needed.
Bed was a little to soft for us, needed more pillows for king size.
The only thing good about this Best Western was the breakfast and the staff was nice. Its overpriced and not worth what they charged. If we weren't visiting family, we would ask for a refund and left.
The room's stunk! The 1st room reeked of nasty pet smell and musty. There was so much pet hair right by the bed and you could see the pet hair right under the mattress as I always check for any critters. there was also a fake disgusting nail there too. The room was so disgusting we had to ask to move to a different room. The 2nd room still smelled like a musky musty odor but better than nasty dirty dog smell. They definitely could've done a better job cleaning job in general. The couches in the room were also disgusting!! I wouldn't even sit on it! Dirty, looked like it has oil stains and or urine spots. If they are going to offer couches in the suites, they should steam clean them in between guests or put some plastic down or something. This was the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at!! The elevators were also janky and so slow! This is a non-smoking hotel but yet the whole 3rd floor reeked of pot and when we informed the lady on duty, she said sorry I can't really do anything about it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a hotel in Tennessee after this and it was night and day different.

Our room smelled very musty and felt damp- was very hot when we walked in. The adjoining room to ours did not lock. We requested another room and they promptly switched our room without hesitation. The room we switched to still had a musty smell but not nearly as bad as the first room. When on the elevator, another couple asked us if our room smelled bad (because theirs did also).
