Not a safe place, staff doesn’t care about customers
Pros:

The 18sqm room felt ok as space. And high floor too. Liked the reading space near the window and the bed.

Cons:

Quite old furnishings and cheap door. But mostly, I didn’t like that they didn’t lift a finger to help when I reported an Indian Sikh guy stalked me right at the crossing in front of the hotel, making impossible for me to get there, harassed me with questions and requests, creating a lot of anxiety and stress to me. Not a safe area. Once I managed to get back, I reported this to the staff asking if I can make a call to the police from their desk since I don’t have a local number, and after they discussed it with their manager (who never came out), they said it’s not possible and if I want to report it I should go to the nearest police station which was 3.3km away. At 9.30pm in the evening. I could feel they couldn’t care less for the safety and comfort of their customers. Will never stay here and never recommend this place or area.

Mein Deposit von 360 SGD ist auf der Kreditkarte immer noch geblockt, obwohl die Rechnung schon bezahlt ist.
