tôi ko sử dụng bữa sáng tại KS. tren trang web có ghi về bữa sáng kèm giá phòng, nhưng tôi đã không đọc thư confirm từ đội ngũ bán hàng :) và tôi đã có cơ hội ăn sáng bằng các món ăn địa phương :))

Cons:

các phụ kiện sử dụng cho phòng vệ sinh ko làm tôi thỏa mãn. chúng không được lắp và sử dụng trong các phòng vệ sinh như ở đất nước chúng tôi ( Spray gun, ebidets,...) , có thể họ đang tiết kiệm nước ? nhưng họ đang sử dụng nhiều giấy hơn ?

The room was too cold even we switched off the aircond. Don't know how the cold air coming into room.
Pillows are very hard and not comfortable to sleep.
Smell of durians at the coridors, quite disturbing.

Pros:

要求他们来打扫的时候，中国籍的女服务员幾乎是有求必应。

Cons:

房间确实很小，也像大家说的没有提供矿泉水，只能说大家的习惯不一样吧！有人在酒店里点了外卖，所以走廊里有一股味道，但是很快清洁人员就处理了，这一点，他们的反应速度还不错。

地理位置还行，确实是在观音庙的后面，而且隔壁就是711， 出行还算方便，对面还有食閣，可以走到武吉士商场，对于想要了解当地人的生活这里，还挺合适。但是确实并不是在最市中心的地方。门口的公交131坐四站，可以直接到鱼尾獅，只用¥0.1新币。

Cons:

当天晚上入住的时候给我们安排的房间是在靠近街边的，我专门挑了Booking来預定房间，但是效果好像和其他平台也差不多，都是将最边角的那些犄角旮旯的房间給你，多出的这点钱似乎并没有任何帮助。然后房卡也刷不进去，好在去前台换的时候还算顺利，房间的隔音效果确实不太好，只说这方面有待加强，这不是睡眠强弱的问题，是全靠运气，看看你周围的邻居是不是素质很好。同样的白人就是住13楼🙂酒店送了四张餐饮券在那里，用了一顿午餐，自己付了25新币。在退房的时候服务可能是最好的，因为涉及到退押金，前台的女孩子效率非常高，我离开30分钟不到钱就退回了我的账户，这一点其他住户应该可以放心。当然入住的时候前台也不错，尽力的想要和大家说中文沟通，另外一位女士后来下去换房卡的时候，态度也很好，效率快而高！👍总体来说前台是目前为止住过的酒店服务态度最好的。

Excellent experience and leisure.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at ibis Singapore on Bencoolen and were very satisfied with both the facilities and the service provided.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable after a full day of exploring Singapore.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its very strategic location. It is conveniently situated near MRT stations, popular attractions, shopping areas, and a wide variety of dining options, making it easy to get around the city.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Singapore. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located hotel.
