Pros:

I only stayed for 2 nights but I find the room clean which is to my liking. Staff were helpful during check in and check out.

Cons:

The long wait in the elevator. When I arrived Friday, only 1 lift was working :(

All in a all it's pleasent stay and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Pros:

The room and location were fine. But at the time of checking in to the hotel, the front desk was requesting $ 100.00 as a refundable deposit. Which were never informed to me (the customer) prior to checking or at the time of making my booking. This was unacceptable and I would rather advise you to inform these things at the time of making the reservation.

Cons:

They never agreed to extend my check out time by at least one hour. instead requesting for me to pay $45 per that one hour. Your staff need to be fexible on these tings by at least allowing to stay minumum of one hour.
