Cons:

durante minha estadia, faltou AGUA QUENTE. Acho que não adianta ter tudo bom se não tiver o basico. A falta de agua atrasou todo a minha programação. E minha viagem de volta pra casa acabou sendo a noite, ja que tive que esperar 7 horas pra tomar uma banho.

Tive um problema no checkin com o cartão, desci com bagagem 2 vezes e pedi que alguém me acompanhasse caso houvesse problema novamente, a moça que subiu comigo foi desrespeitosa, ela abriu a porta com o novo cartão e disse ter usado o que estava comigo, eu vi que ela trocou o cartão, fiquei com os 2 cartões e quando testei novamente o antigo não abria. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, ar condicionado sujo. Muito diferente da vez que fiquei em 2024.

O quarto é espaçoso e as instalações são boas, com diversas tomadas à disposição. O tamanho do banheiro é bom e o chuveiro é excelente. A decoração do hotel é moderna e agradável. O café da manhã é excelente, diversificado e farto. A localização é central, próxima de shopping, restaurantes, farmácias e diversas lojas.
