Professional and nice staff
Pros:

Location to spikefest was great!

Cons:

The mildew smell in 1 of the 3 rooms I booked was terrible. Staff apologized and gave me spray to spray in room. They explained the ac issue that happens sometimes that effects the carpet.

Location for spikefest was great!!

Cons:

There was a mildew smell in 1 of the 3 rooms I booked. The manager said sometimes people turn the ac below 70 and it makes the ac leak on the carpet and by the time they try to fix it the carpet smells mildew. They did give me spray to spray in that room and apologized.

Have stayed here for several years but not again. Many better choices close.

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The toilet would not flush, asked for it to be repaired, DID NOT HAPPEN WHILE WE WERE THERE! Towel hooks broken. Overall very unsatisfactory for the price!
