Lots of hair in the tub.

No housekeeping.

The room was fine, very clean.
The website stayed they have a pool and a hot tub, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
However, the hot tub is boarded up permanently, and the indoor pool wasn't heated whatsoever. It was ice cold- you couldn't even put your foot in. It should not be advertised as such.
My daughter slept on the pull out couch and I called for some sheets and a blanket. I was told they have sheets, but "since no one did laundry today, we do not have any blankets"

The property inside the building was fine but outside needs work.

As I was getting ready to get in bed, I pulled the covers back and found a spider crawling on the sheets!! I was afraid all night! The sheets on the bed were unkempt ! I will never stay at this hotel again. Thank you

The hallways had food rubbish in the corners. I was afraid to use the swimming pool because of how corroded it was. We moved a table and it had never been cleaned; foot stool/table had, candy wrappers under it. And there were pubic hairs on the wall of the shower.

Very impressive. The room was fully updated and impeccable. Friendly and professional staff.

There was a musty smell in the room, which we did not like and we complained to the front desk and he said it was what the cleaners clean with that caused the odor. My husband and I did not believe that for a minute, but I loved the bed. It had a pillow topper on it. I love it some much I bought a pillow topper for my bed at home.

We had a handicap room with a walk-in shower on the ground floor near an exit. It was spacious and comfortable. Also, the motel is in a quiet location. We were never disturbed by traffic or interior noises. The pool was a disappointment but the exercise equipment was good.

Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast was good.

We were told that the pool was heated and it was not. The pool had multiple dead bugs, spiders and hair in it. The window ledge in the pool area had pieces missing from it. The hot tub was out of order when we were there. The breakfast food was pretty good. We kept the room at 67 and it still didn't feel cool in our room. The king size bed had one side that was broken in. Overall we were glad that we only had to stay here for two nights. If they fix the pool area I feel like it would be a better place to stay.

In the pictures, there's a hot tub. In reality, that's now a cement slab. We booked FOR the hot tub. There was also old food in the room fridge and the bathroom wasn't bad, but it wasn't clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Stayed here before and will again. Only issue was the pool. It was closed as it had been over a year ago when we stayed another time. It's Summer now so would have been nice.

The laundry machines only took coins and who carries coins in this economy. There was an app to pay to use machines but was “offline”. The pool was out of order and the hot tub was covered up…the only reason I picked the hotel was to use the hot tub and because it has great reviews. Breakfast there was no eggs left at 8am and the staff was too busy gossiping to see if more food was needed.

Check in was ok but the female had to have help with us wanting to each pay one night. It was confusing to her, but she was kind and friendly. Even though she had worked a double shift.

Everything was just okay. Nice room but things could have been cleaner.

Definitely worth every penny.

Close to all the area places we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly , room met our standards at a great price
