Welcoming and comfortable modern hotel with great parking.
Pros:

The hotel feels brand new. Comfy rooms and welcoming staff. Private and convenient parking at ground level.

Cons:

The area next to the railway feels rather dead, but the hotel is only 20-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms felt brand-new and functional, although the fibreglass walls and floors in the bathroom made it feel a bit like being in a motorhome. Still loved the fresh and clean vibe.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok.
Pros:

Gutes, ordentliches Frühstück. Alles wünscheswerte war vorhanden.

Cons:

Dreibettzimmer dürfte etwas grösser sein.
Bei einchecken vor 14:00 ist die Gepäckaufbewahrung wenn mehrere Personen anreisen deutlich zu klein.

Holiday just one night stop to spend time in Raims.
Pros:

Parking next to hotel, just walk and access the car.

Cons:

I wouldn’t give 4 stars on this hotel. 3 stars OK, but is not 4 stars!!!
Bathroom, toilet are actually in the same room, everything has been put in a huge furniture splitting from each other and main room.
Restaurant did not offer anything for dinner and we did not arrived that late around 9PM.

Lovely stay, will do Novotel again
Pros:

Brilliant breakfast, the room had everything we needed, lobby was welcoming and stylish. Not too far a walk to the centre. Comfortable beds. Good to have loo and bathroom separate in a suite made for family, good practical room design. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Cons:

Huge gap between the sofa bed mattresses was worried my child would fall into the mechanism. We plugged it with pillows so was fixable. I hadn't realised I'd need to book the hotel's parking but luckily we found and paid for Street parking.
