Location - little far from core Quebec
room had a lot of space
After 8 hrs of travel from PEI back to Ontario, it was at the right location right off the highway.
The size of the room, the dark shades, the eye masks all were great to have.
The breakfast had great options.
That there weren't any gluten-free, egg free, lactose free, tree nut free options in breads, pastries or cereals or yogurts or pancakes and waffles.
That there was a comfy/beautification fee/levy. My $280/night for a queen room should not pay for the company to due what is required for themselves to have to pay.
L’endroit a été rénové et c’est vraiment bcp mieux. Nous allons à cet hôtel chaque année. La propreté, le confort des lits, le petit-déjeuner qui est varié et bon. Le personnel tjrs gentil. L’emplacement.
Un tout petit bémol, et c’était la première fois que ça nous arrivait J’en ai parlé au personnel. La climatisation semblait bloqué à une température, même si nous ajustions sur le panneau de réglage.
L’ensemble des facilités sont excellentes.
L’hôtel prend de l’âge et il faudrait commencer tranquillement à la mettre à jour.

Booking through bookings. com was a mistake as we book with pet it reserved a king bed top floor , hotel only allows pets on main floor & there was a fee not mentioned or captured at booking. Very disappointing. We would have booked elsewhere had we know we could not have king bed & other restrictions not mentioned for pets

J’avais une grosse remorque et le personnel a été très gentil pour m’indiquer à quel endroit me stationner. Puis j’ai poser des questions via courriel avant mon séjour et les réponses ont été clair et rapide!
Les chambres sont propres, grandes et les lits sont confortables. J’aurais aimé pouvoir en profiter plus longtemps :)
