According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ter que pagar taxa de estacionamento um absurdo isso
Avisei no check-in q parte das diárias seriam utilizadas por acompanhantes diversas, não concomitante e me foi cobrada taxa extra que ficaram de me devolver e até agora aguardo. Cerca de R$140,00. O hotel não cumpre o combinado.
Não cobrar valores indevidos.
A equipe de atendimento foi o ponto alto da hospedagem. Pessoal atento, educado e de boa vontade, fazem mais do que simplesmente a sua obrigação, excelente!
Entrando no quarto já sentimos um cheirinho desagradável de umidade/mofo, é uma primeira impressão péssima. O café da manhã está bem aquém dos hotéis da região, o café (líquido) era simplesmente horroroso, intragável tanto o da máquina quanto o passado.

Ter que pagar estacionamento, se já está se hospedando ainda precisa pagar estacionamento a parte. Me deram a chave de um quarto que já tinha hóspede, o que mostra desorganização e falta de atenção. Situação muito constrangedora.
A cama e o tamanho do quarto são excelentes no Cassino, além de ser perto do aeroporto.
Desta vez, tudo certo.

Do chuveiro, da cama, do café da manhã. Nos hospedamos com nossa pet e ela ganhou alguns mimos e agrados. Voltaríamos com certeza.
