O hotel é muito bom, novo e bem conservado. Quarto amplo e confortável. Ótimo café da manhã e serviço de restaurante a noite a preços que eliminam a necessidade de sair do hotel para jantar. Usamos apenas para a estada de uma noite para o voo do dia seguinte, mas atendeu muito bem as necessidades por ser próximo ao aeroporto de Curitiba.

Cons:

O check-in pela reserva pode ser feito a partir das 14:00. Chegamos por volta das 16:30 e mesmo assim não pudemos nos instalar de imediato porque havia AINDA uma tripulação fazendo uso da acomodação.
Fiz minhas reclamações e mostrei descontentamento vez que os hotéis costumam ser rígidos com hóspedes convencionais sobre o horário de check-out. A equipe reagiu rapidamente, inicialmente oferecendo uma acomodação provisória em quarto duplo (éramos 3) o que recusei e após uma nova conversa providenciaram uma acomodação adequada para o perfil do grupo resolvendo a situação. Posteriormente a gerencia nos enviou uma cortesia no apartamento. A situação foi resolvida em menos de 1 hora e a equipe se mostrou preparada para encaminhar uma solução, mas situações como esta não são aceitáveis. Apesar disso, se necessário, voltarei a me hospedar no hotel.

Gente, eu fui esperando um hotel de aeroporto e tive uma experiência incrível com eles. Na chegada um mimo (uma porção de pinhões quentinhos), um quarto novo, confortável, digno de 5 estrelas. O mini buffet de café da manhã para os viajantes da madrugada foi talvez a coisa mais incrível que um hotel próximo a um aeroporto pode oferecer, e eles estão de parabéns.
