静かで落ち着いて過ごすことができた。
駅から近いので、街の活気を味わいに気軽に出かけられた。

Cons:

駐車場が屋外であること。大雪の日だったので、翌朝出発時に少し手間取った。雪に慣れていないので。

Great stay
Pros:

Location is close to Bandai and shopping area. About 10 minutes walk to Niigata Station, very manageable with suitcases. Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was great. Attentive staff. They have luggage transfer service with Yamato Transport in the hotel. We sent our suitcases from/to Narita airport directly to/from the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel also accommodated request for rooms with single beds. Single beds were of a good size, and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey.

朝食必須！
Pros:

朱鷺メッセでライブがあったので近いホテルを取ろうと思い予約しました。朝食が最高でした！絶対朝食は付けてください。新潟のお米3種食べ比べが出来て嬉しかったです。

Cons:

コンビニが少し遠いことだけネックです。それ以外は完璧です！
