Best boutique hotel in Vero!
Pros:

We only live an hour away in Stuart, but it is definitely our one stop shop vacation spot.We have been going for years and highly reccomend to anyone visiting the area. Absolutely love the hotel, you won't be disappointed, all the amenities on the property are great as well.

Visit to Vero - hotel not as expected
Pros:

First visit to Vero Beach -- Booked hotel based on reviews and breakfast basket. Upon arrival we realized this was a mistake, the hotel is completely covered in over grown vines, there was a scent around the hotel that was nauseating to me. I asked about the smell they didn’t notice anything. Luckily it was not in the room. We arrived at 2:10pm on day of check in, there was no one at the desk. Confirmation states check in begins at 3pm. Any other hotel will allow check in prior to check in time if the room is available. About 2:40pm a blond-haired woman arrived, we stated we are here to check in. She stated that check is at 3pm and there will be an additional charge for early check in as well as late check out. What for 20 minutes!!!!! At 2:53pm she said I will take you to your room since you have been waiting, we asked is we will be charge for being 7 minutes early.
We had a pool view which was hard to see due to the over grown vines. The on-line pictures show each room has a coffee maker (similar to Mr. Coffee) this room had a mini-Nespresso maker. You are given 2 complementary pods, additional pods are $2.50 each. We asked about the coffer maker in the pictures, she said oh they are old pictures. The breakfast basket arrived about 9am the next morning, it included 2 yogurts, 2 small oranges, 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 mini croissants.
The room was clean, comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. However, there were no draws for put clothing, just shelves in the television cabinet. Too much useless furniture for the size of the room. The bathroom had a toilet and tub shower combo. The toilet must be child size, I’m 5’6” the toilet was below my knees. Our room had a dehumidifier which we emptied twice daily.
While we walking around the area, we discovered another hotel about one block away, much cheaper and each room has a full efficiency with separate sleeping area. Actually you can stay at Disney Vero Beach Resort for the same price.
We left a day early due to the horrific smell around the hotel, we were refunded the night.

Beyond expectations!
Pros:

We had come into the City Marina in Ft Pierce and were looking for a place to stay. We found this quaint place online and decided to drive up to take a look. I cannot recommend this place enough. Kay was exceptional in telling us about the hotel and showing us around. Our room was absolutely perfect, clean and very comfortable. There is a surprise around every corner. Fantastic use of space. Truly has that Caribbean feel with furnishings, landscaping and overall atmosphere. Sadly we had to check out too early to receive our complimentary breakfast basket. We will definitely be back to enjoy this perfect escape from the everyday rush. This place is truly a hidden gem!

The Vero Jewel
Pros:

Had a lovely Mother’s Day weekend at The Carribean Court. Our fourth visit to this special Vero gem, THIS stay was our best and most successful. Kae was a tremendous host and concierge as she welcomed us in and helped situate us to bed take advantage of the amazing property. We loved our room and its convenient location, the power was lovely as always, and the pool was exceptional. Of course, the food is top notch too. I would be remiss to leave out the lovely evening ambiance and vibe at the Havana Nights Upstairs piano bar-definitely a unique and special must experience part of this spectacular accommodation in fabulous Vero beach.

March getaway
Pros:

Stayed at Caribbean week of 3/7 enjoyed the entire experiance - property is beautiful - staff was great.Shout out to house keeping staff member Sylvia ! Breakfast basket is a nice touch. Cliental was great, resteraunt on site is very good. Very quiet area great for walking beach across the street. We will be back.

A Hidden Gem!
Pros:

An absolutely beautiful hotel tucked away behind the tropical foliage! From the minute we got there Amy was like a friend. She was friendly and engaging. We loved the Key West/Havana vibe. Just a walk down the path to the pool. Our room was so comfortable, the bed linens and towels were top notch. The breakfast baskets were an absolute treat. We didn't have a chance to go to the piano bar or restaurant as we were visiting family. In fact, we like it so much we extended our stay for one more night! Book this beautiful hotel, youn won't be sorry! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rude and Inept Management
Pros:

First, they completely messed up our reservation and tried to get us to move to a different room each night of our four-night stay, without once offering an apology or reduction in rate, all with an air of “we’re doing you a favor” in their tone. We agreed to move the first night with the understanding we would not have to move again, only to return to our “new” room after breakfast to find housekeeping preparing to move us again. When we raised a strenuous objection, management kept pushing, implying we were to blame for his not being able to resolve whatever dilemma he was dealing with. It was extremely off-putting and stress-inducing, putting a major damper on what otherwise was to be a joyful weekend with family. The room in which we spent the rest of our stay was comfortable enough, but the place overall is “tired” and in sore need of an update. Recommend you avoid.
