We were here for the first time last week. Seeing the hotel online and seeing the word “charm” I knew it was going to be a little tight in that room but it was very manageable. We had room 115. What I instantly liked was the access from parking spot to the room, about 25’. Let me start off with two employees who we met while there; Kay and Tracy. I had a concern about the TV remotes that weren’t working for me and when I walked into the office nearby I was met by Kay who had the biggest smile on her face and greeted me instantly. She was very personable, very professional and a pleasure to know and talk with. She instantly came to the room, showed me how the remotes and TV worked in powering it on and the volume, the two issues I couldn’t access, as I just couldn’t get it. Took just a few minutes and she replaced the one remote and never again had that issue. Kay is a great asset to the hotel and the business. Occasionally when passing through her office to the restaurant it was always a smile on both of us to just say hello in passing. Thank you again Kay. Appreciated your help. (FoodieK)
The other employee who I also engaged with was Tracy and along the same lines as Kay. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with on any question I may have had. Thank you Tracy especially for your patience with me about the TV that I was unable to work with initially on my arrival.
Tge room was manageable with the king bed.
It was extremely comfortable and the initial light down bedspread was very comfortable.
I brought my own Keurig machine and pods as some places such as this have a different coffee machine (Nespresso here) it was too small for my liking. The A/C was great but occasionally because of the occasional downpours, just one or two of the extended outlets for our phones we were unable to use for a very short time because of the heavy rain. (not to worry) The two restaurant meals
we had was very good. Enjoyed the different entrees for breakfast. We opted for the sunset menu one night. Was very good. Want to commend the staff at the restaurant, they were also great and the piano player during the sunset dinner was a great addition. But because we were there only 3 nights, also ate out in our fave places in town. (Bobby’s and Scampi Grill)
We were busy with family nearby and never did get to use that beautiful heated pool that went up to 6’ in depth. We live in Naples near the Gulf so didn’t take the whole path to the ocean. A bit of a hike. The grounds are charming with all the lush landscape and extremely quiet the whole time there. If accessing the hotel from Ocean Dr. I would pass the first small lot you see, go to the corner near Dario’s restaurant and access the larger parking area. More spacious and very close to the rooms.
Clean and comfortable
It takes your mind to a different world. The hotel room feels like you're somewhere in the 1500's plantations. When the sun rises, it feels like your grandma will come knock your door to wake you up (but they knock you door to actually deliver you breakfast).
We booked this hotel on line, and are very glad that we did and would readily recommend it.
It is a cute place with 18 rooms, a nice pool, and restaurants and a piano bar.
We highly enjoyed our room which had great air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed.
The pool was very comfortable on the hot and humid day and we ended our evening in the piano bar where the music was at a nice level and the drinks good.
It is real close and walkable to the beach. Just down the road is a beautiful beach with plenty of parking. After the piano bar, we walked to the beach to enjoy the evening.
If we return to Vero Beach, this is the place we will stay again!

Atmosphere and surroundings were pretty. Very clean and quiet. Suitable for couples or older crowd. The front office attendant was nice. Right across the street from the beach.
Slightly dated and basic. Do not arrive before check-in time, it’s not one of those places.
Great service and atmosphere. Total relaxation!!! We will definitely stay here in the future. All the staff were very nice, rooms are very clean and the location is perfect.
I had a special friend who lives out of state that has spent countless hours helping with my business affairs. I wanted her to feel special during this visit so I checked out all the Vero Beach hotels. Everything at this 18 room hotel was first class. The employees took extra steps to be sure she enjoyed her stay. I could not have been more pleased,

quaint, relaxing & charming boutique hotel with great restaurant and a top tier staff. welcoming and enjoyable for a lovely beach side visit. the pool is a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon and the bikes make a trip into the main beach shopping district an enjoyable jaunt thru one of the loveliest beachside communities in all of florida!

We only live an hour away in Stuart, but it is definitely our one stop shop vacation spot.We have been going for years and highly reccomend to anyone visiting the area. Absolutely love the hotel, you won't be disappointed, all the amenities on the property are great as well.
The dining room was kind of funky and the food was as okay not great.
