Such a fabulous place!

March getaway
Pros:

Stayed at Caribbean week of 3/7 enjoyed the entire experiance - property is beautiful - staff was great.Shout out to house keeping staff member Sylvia ! Breakfast basket is a nice touch. Cliental was great, resteraunt on site is very good. Very quiet area great for walking beach across the street. We will be back.

A Hidden Gem!
Pros:

An absolutely beautiful hotel tucked away behind the tropical foliage! From the minute we got there Amy was like a friend. She was friendly and engaging. We loved the Key West/Havana vibe. Just a walk down the path to the pool. Our room was so comfortable, the bed linens and towels were top notch. The breakfast baskets were an absolute treat. We didn't have a chance to go to the piano bar or restaurant as we were visiting family. In fact, we like it so much we extended our stay for one more night! Book this beautiful hotel, youn won't be sorry! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rude and Inept Management
Pros:

First, they completely messed up our reservation and tried to get us to move to a different room each night of our four-night stay, without once offering an apology or reduction in rate, all with an air of “we’re doing you a favor” in their tone. We agreed to move the first night with the understanding we would not have to move again, only to return to our “new” room after breakfast to find housekeeping preparing to move us again. When we raised a strenuous objection, management kept pushing, implying we were to blame for his not being able to resolve whatever dilemma he was dealing with. It was extremely off-putting and stress-inducing, putting a major damper on what otherwise was to be a joyful weekend with family. The room in which we spent the rest of our stay was comfortable enough, but the place overall is “tired” and in sore need of an update. Recommend you avoid.

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

Lovely! Beautiful, pleasant, and *so relaxing*. Everything is so easy and accessible. Walk right out to the pool, the restaurants, the car, even the local pizza place. Short, scenic stroll through the dunes to the ocean. Continental breakfast delivered to your door each morning. Couldn't have been nicer, and I can't think of anywhere in Vero Beach that compares.
