Slept like a dream!
Pros:

That bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable! I was exhausted when I arrived, but i slept 7 hours straight. I don't think I've done that in 30 years. Biscuits and gravy at breakfast were awesome. We drove a few miles outside of the heart of the city for this location, but they had availability and then exceeded my expectations.

Neighbors were out in hall talking very loudly until 10:30pm.

Good location, strange front desk personnel, and very noisy room.
Pros:

The location of the property was nice. We stayed just to play TopGolf and have a girls night out in Knoxville. The bed was fine. It was firm and the pillows were fluffy feather pillows. Checkout went smoothly.

Cons:

Check in was weird. We stood and waited a couple of minutes until the lady came out of the break room. I greeted the front desk lady with a “Hey,” and a smile. She replied with “Are you okay?” I was caught off guard by something other than a greeting back, and the whole interaction felt off. We stayed in room 106, floor level, and it was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was a light beeping noise coming from the front of the room, around the TV area. The air conditioning unit made a weird whirring noise each time it tried kicking on, until it finally kicked on, then was silent. Around 3 AM, I heard a strange knocking noise coming from what I can only assume was the water pipes. It carried on for hours and kept me awake.
