mediocre
Pros:

cleaning lady top. very clean but knocks on 8 am on the door to clean. For 300 dollars a night I think the room should be cleaned daily. sink not working .
Breakfast lady top , but o jay terrible as well as the bf sausages. No cold cuts

Cons:

wifi difficult . not working sink. do not want to be woken up at 8 on vacation by cleaning lady.
No free coffee during the day .

Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast good, staff amazing.

Cons:

Man sleeps in his white van parked on side of building (creepy). Also found it weird there is a noise complaint notice in elevator that after 10pm is quiet time and if broken you will be asked to leave. Our first night there on a Wednesday the bar was so noisy until 1130pm. I could hear it in my room with door closed.

Cons:

We accidentally left many sets of Invisalign in the room, and when we called after to ask, the person wasn’t very helpful. I am also very surprised that the cleaning crew just threw away neatly packaged sets of retainers…it definitely didn’t look like trash. Overall, a 4 star hotel should try harder to keep what is found in the rooms and report it.

Overnight stay, close to everything!
Pros:

Nicely decorated and furnished room. Across from the airport, which worried me, but I did not hear the planes. Nice entrance, with plently of parking.

Cons:

The bed was too firm, I tossed and turned all night!! The lights above both nightstand were not working, so I could not read my book!!
Lastly, $20.00 for breakfast....they offered the same food as places I have stayed with free breakfast. I would rather spend the $$ at First Watch, in which I did!!

Mark at the front desk was exceptional
Pros:

Mark made our hotel stay genuinely memorable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and an easy confidence that instantly put us at ease. He went out of his way to help with our luggage, offered great local recommendations, and somehow always seemed to be there right when we needed something. When we had a small issue with our room, Mark handled it quickly and professionally, turning a potential inconvenience into a positive experience. His attention to detail, kindness, and positive attitude made the hotel feel welcoming and personal, not just a place to sleep.
