Disney-quality service from Daeveon!
Pros:

Daeveon was AMAZING! We came in with a group in different waves, different flights, different arrival times, reservation oddities - you name it, we had it. And we had all that after a day that saw 5-7 hours of flight delays for the group. Daeveon treated us all like we were the first and most important guest of the day, finding solutions when we felt despair, turning our chaos into calm. And he made it look easy!

Hotel was very clean and a great aesthetic. But truly, Daeveon made the experience.

Pros:

La limpieza de la habitacion, la amabilidad del encargado del desayuno y de el encargado de la piscina. Buen desayuno. Tranquilo.

Cons:

Deben de chequear mas a menudo en la piscina porque tuve una mala experiencia habia un hombre y una mujer teniendo malos comportamientos dentro de la piscina y en presencia de niños. Tambien tenian bebidas alcoholicas dentro de la piscina.
En las mañanas se escucha un ruido fierte qie dura aproximadamente 1 minuto pero parece que es en todo el edificio.

I expected it to be better.
Pros:

The bed and the room were comfortable.

Cons:

The shower was leaking, the water outlet fixture was loose, and the shower enclosure was installed crookedly, causing water to leak into the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor; the scrambled eggs were cold, and the waffles kept in a closed container and had a rubbery texture. There were flies on the fruit on display. I paid for the breakfast! It wasn't included in the room rate. That was terrible.

Above and Beyond at the Hilton
Pros:

Just wrapped up a wonderful stay at the Hilton and had to leave a note. The real highlight was Mark in Guest Services. He went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and made sure our room was ready right on time. Throughout our visit, he kept us comfortable and well taken care of at every turn. It's rare to come across someone who looks after guests the way Mark does. Thank you, Mark, for making our day! We'll absolutely be back.

Get front desk guy a hug!!
Pros:

Definitely do not call to make sure your reservation is still ok. Our flight was canceled until the next day and we contacted them to make sure we wouldn't get our reservation canceled all together because we booked 2 nights. Thinking this was no big deal, wrong. The front desk guy rudely told us not their problem and he'd make a note on our account. So my daughter asked him would we still be charged for the first night. In all fairness she didn't know the policy of the hotel as I do. Well guess that pushed front desk guy over the edge cause he kinda got even more rude. So my daughter learned about the policy of the hotel from a pissed front desk guy. It's no big deal as I explained to my daughter calmly explained hotel policy to her. Maybe get front desk guy some training and or a hug!
