Don’t say here if you have a pet.
Pros:

Easy on and off the freeway. Good breakfast

Cons:

Expensive plus a $50 fee for my small, very quiet dog. I feel like the fee amount should be listed in the app, I have never paid over $30 for my dog. We were put on the 3rd floor and next to the elevator, which was challenging with a dog and noisy!

Cons:

I made a reservation for me and a coworker in willows. turns out the reservations was for Corning. The Willows location had the rooms needed to take care of us but they chose not too. Then a GM called me said she would try and fix this and would get ahold of me the next day. I have heard nothing and i got charged anyway. Way to take care of the customer! Never will i stay at this place again, We have a big job with lots of contractors over the next 6 months and i guess Best Western will get our business.

Good accomodations
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room and soap dispensers.

Cons:

Refrigerator was very noisy and had to unplug to be able to sleep.

Found hair in the hand towel.

Breakfast had several options that were overcooked or not appealing.

Very good and everything I had hoped for. Coffee machine and breakfast were excellent for a hotel.
Pros:

As an IHG member I was provided a separate coffee machine foBr the room. Actually this proved unnecessary because the Coffee in the lobby was available most of the time and it's excellent with freshly ground beans for making coffee. The bed was comfortable as was the shower and bathroom. I was in the King standard with extra floor space. The chair/sofa provided was very awkward and uncomfortable, but it was $15 more per nigh for the "suite" with a sofa. I especially liked the long suitcase landing as it provided extra counter space as well as the space under it. Microwave and fridge both worked and the jakuzzi outdoors was a nice bonus. I used the laundry facilities but ther was only one washer and on Friday with the firemen passing through, it was very busy. Could use one more washer. Overall, it was a great place to stay and affordable for me.

Cons:

The awkward chair/couch and that there was only one washer available in the laundry room.

This is a great hotel for those who are on a road trip.
Pros:

The breakfast here was good. The staff was so helpful, helping me to get my things out to my car. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located right off the freeway, easy to find.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I would change.
