Mediocre hotel at best.
Pros:

On arrival we were told we had to leave a 100 euro deposit which we knew nothing about and neither did a lot of other guests. The room was ok apart from having to go get some more key cards as the 3 they gave us didn't work The room was ok for a base however there was a lamp broke and the safe didn't work,when I told reception they said they would get them fixed ,never happened. Breakfast was continental and a basic one with not much choice. If going to Budapest again won't use this hotel.

La ubicación, a 10 minutos del Parlamento andando en la zona de Pest y buena conexión con transporte público.

Cons:

El baño era bastante terrible, el wáter costaba mucho que se llevase el papel higiénico.

Központban van, csendes utca, 5 percre a Nyugati pályaudvartól.
A személyzet nagyon kedves. Finom, változatos a reggeli.

Cons:

A franciaágyon egy nagy matrac, minden mozgást érezni, valakinek nagyon zavaró, de meg lehet szokni.

Lo mejor, el personal muy atento y ayudan mucho. El hotel bien situado cerca del Parlamento y del transporte. El desayuno completo, aunque si bajas a última hora, ya no reponen bufet.

Cons:

Por comentar algo, no tienen café descafeinado y en la habitación te dejan un edredón encima de la cama, que solo tiene sábana bajera.

La camera era sporca, piena di polvere. Quando mi hanno cambiato gli asciugamani me ne hanno dato solo 1, ho chiesto il secondo in reception, mai ricevuto.Colazione dolce praticamente fatta di mini brioches surgelate, da un 4 stelle mi aspetto qualcosa di più. All’arrivo poi mi hanno chiesto una cauzione di 100€ che non viene restituita al momento del check out, ma in teoria dopo. Al momento non l’ho ancora ricevuta. Staff non molto cordiale, soprattutto quello maschile.

Шокирующий случай в отеле: сотрудницу уборки застали за кражей денег

Во время проживания в отеле произошёл крайне неприятный инцидент. Сотрудница уборки была застигнута непосредственно в номере в момент, когда брала деньги из оставленной сумки.

Ситуация вызвала настоящий шок. Однако ещё большее возмущение вызвала реакция руководства отеля — вместо того чтобы признать серьёзность произошедшего и предложить решение, руководство не проявило готовности компенсировать ущерб.

Сам отель также оставляет неоднозначное впечатление: номера и мебель заметно устарели и нуждаются в ремонте. Единственное преимущество — удачное расположение.

После подобного случая говорить о безопасности и доверии к этому отелю сложно. Мы не рекомендуем его для проживания.
