Accommodations for my dog were nice
I spoke to the cleaning staff when they were working at the room beside my room. I had asked for an extra towel. I left for a conference and came back that evening to a room that had not been cleaned
Everything was perfect (cleanliness of rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, gym, pool and grounds of property) were above satisfactory. Customer service was amazing and very helpful of any questions.
The Jacuzzi is still broken.

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Nice size room. Toilets are low to the ground which was a little challenging for my hubby who is in a non weight bearing cast!
We were surprised when they tried to charge us $10 a night for parking. There was no mention of paid parking when we reserved the hotel room. They did take it off of our bill though, which was very nice.
There was a very nice patio which came in handy for a cigar smoke!

The hot tub was nice and hot. Margo the breakfast lady was absolutely wonderful, but the food itself could have been better.

Food was decent, I can tell the food was prepared with care. The waitresses are firendly and helpful. Bed comfort was fine. HVAC is a bit finicky, somtimes too cold and sometimes too warm but it's still not bad at all. front desk and every staff was just friendly and hospital.
This hotel was nowhere near the 4.5 rating that I thought I was booking. While it was walkable to dining options, and in a good neighborhood, the inside of the hotel was very outdated. Our room had a stinch as soon as we walked in, and the beds were very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The only thing we actually liked was the indoor pool, but overall for comfort, this hotel was not great at all.

The indoor pool area air conditioning did not work good it was like a sauna.

The property was clean and nice. Staff was good.
It was great location for what I needed, I was late checking in due to flights, but the staff was nice and got me checked in my room quickly. The room was upgraded which made the stay even better. I would stay there again.
