O hotel é bom e a localização é excelente.

O único ponto negativo foi o atendimento no check-in, o funcionário parecia despreparado ou com pouca vontade de nos receber, teve dificuldade de encontrar a reserva no sistema mesmo checando meu documento, chegando a dizer que não tínhamos reserva, após finalmente encontrar a reserva tentou me cobrar novamente o valor que já havia sido pago antecipadamente pelo cartão, me perguntou se a estadia já estava paga e sugeriu que eu tinha que pagar naquele momento com o cartão algo que ja estava pago. Essa informação não consta no sistema? Fica o questionamento.

フロントスタッフがちょっとおちゃらけている。深夜になると大声を出していたりした。
12時チェックアウトは助かる
